The location and walking distance to the beach, the overall great condition and size of the accommodation, lots of natural light, good air conditioning. Washing machine in the unit. Good size fridge. Free off-street parking, ocean view. There was a hair dryer and iron with ironing board. Hardly any mosquitos. Once a week fresh bed sheets and towels. Dish soap, sponge and brush included.

Minimalism despite lots of space and opportunity to do better. The images give you the impression of a well-equipped and nicely decorated unit, but this is not so. No wall deco. No sun chairs, only hard plastic chairs, no seat pillows outdoors. The kitchen is very very basic. The cook top has a mind of its own. Only one of the 4 cooking plates can run on high at a time, as soon as you turn on a second plate, the first one reduces to medium, very ineffective for cooking. No tea pot or cereal bowls. The tableware is super basic made of brown glass (80's style), only two plates large enough to fit a pizza, only two cutting knifes (odd choice! filet and bread), one pan only, one pot and one small milk frothing pot. Bring your own cling foil, tin foil or storage container, your own trash bags, kitchen basics like salt, pepper, etc. All in all the minimalism in the kitchen is a -- at times annoying -- minus. In the bathroom, only one (loose) hook to hang your towels, no tray to place your shampoo / soap in the shower. Bring your own soap, toilet paper and beach towel (no beach equipment in the unit). The proximity to a restaurant with live music 6 nights a week until well past midnight.

The house is very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped, with an amazing(!!!) private garden overseeing the sea and mountains of Chia. Perfect location, 3 minutes by car to every beach in Chia and 7 minutes to Tuerreda, close to the local grocery store, and the few restaurants in town. The staff is great, check-in and check-out were quick. After check-out, a support home was provided so we could shower and leave our stuff before flying back, which was a great surprise. 100% coming back next summer.

Beautiful surroundings, nice view, nice and clean apartment with good equipment (dish washer is missing) but there is washing machine, everything looks new. WIFI is not in apartment, but only in office house. That´s pity! The beaches close to apartment are really beautiful. Recommend to use car for whole stay.

Modern house with amazing view, fully equipped kitchen. Small grassy garden for children was highly appreciated. Friendly and helpful staff.
