Good location and communication with staff. We appreciated how quickly they got into an electrical issue in the house.
This house and furnishings were in poor state. Not the best choice for anyone with health or mobility issues because Thomas Street is very steep.
The bathroom had mould around the bath.
3.4
The beds and settee were comfortable. There were only two of us staying in the house, so the settee was ok. However, that was the only place to sit, so this could have been an issue, if there were more than two of us staying in the house.
No kettle.
The washing machine wasn’t plugged into the socket, so we had to pull the washing machine out of its slot, so we could plug it in. It did work, however, it was heavy to pull it out and then manoeuvre it back into its slot.
The house is up a very steep hill.
The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs.
On the landing upstairs, just before you step onto the first step to go downstairs, the floor is uneven. There’s not much to hold onto and if you need to use the bathroom during the night, it wouldn’t be ideal, especially if you have mobility issues.
There was nothing to stand on, so we couldn’t reach anything on the top shelves in the kitchen cupboards and some items on the second shelf.
No kitchen table or chairs.
The ironing board was kept behind the tv in the lounge. We didn’t need to use it, however, it did seem an odd place to leave it. We weren’t going to risk getting it out, as it could have knocked the tv off its stand.
There were a lot of rules about what to do when leaving the property.

Smell of cigarettes, slept in beds, extremely unclean, little help from the property managers regarding our complaints, almost missed graduation because of the filth we arrived to
3.4
great location, quiet, comfortable beds
a couple of things that weren’t great slugs in kitchen around ‘back’ door of a night, but downstairs really needs much much more attention to detail nothings boxed in or sealed the flooring throughout downstairs looks awful and was actually quite sticky around bin and door in kitchen, I would stay again purely for location but not for that price whilst it’s in that condition
we didn’t cook all weekend as we took advantage of Deliveroo and eating out but I did look at saucepans before we left and unfortunately they were dirty.

The property is very spacious with cosy beds, good seating area with big TV , good kitchen.

Difficult to say as the property was so disappointing
Cleanliness was poor. A cleaner was sent after our arrival but the bathroom and kitchen area were still dirty. The bathroom in particular had rusty pipes, ingrained dirt, mould and dirty exposed pipework. The kitchen floor had ingrained dirt, exposed pipes, greasy oven hood and electrical switches that wouldn't turn off. The outside area is a health hazzard with uneven steps and chipped cement work - unsuitable for children or those with mobility issues.
Overall, we were all so disappointed and I spent most of my time in email conversations trying to get help regarding this property. We even looked for alternative accommodation but sadly none was available.
Another factor was the number of people accessing the property during our stay - internet engineer (when we arrived), aerial maintenance, cleaner - not wearing masks.
The coastal area nearby is great and we spent our time out of the property as the weather was good.

We liked the living room and the bedrooms. The living room have a comfy sofa a a flat screen TV.. with all your favourite apps..netflix, prime videos Itv hob etc. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and clean comfy beds. Great location, about 6 mins from city centre, and beaches were about 25- 30 minutes away. There is a beach closer Swansea Bay, but not that good as you can't swim. Caswell Bay beach is beautiful and so does Langland Beaches, highly recommended! Also nice place to eat near the city centre . People are nice and friendly.
We did not like the bathroom and the kitchen, there were no table to eat on or trays to hold our food on, no oven gloves or proper trays to use in oven. The bathroom have a smell like sewage and to be honest could do with a makeover. But it's was clean!!

The location was ideal. A short walk from a number of key locations in the vicinity, including shopping parks, the beach and the city centre. For us (a family of four), the accommodation was perfectly adequate. We were comfortable and had pretty much all the facilities required for our week-long stay.
The following are not necessarily complaints as such, more recommendations to improve the stay of future guests. There seemed to be an influx of wood lice in the property. Spotted at least 7 during our stay. The kitchen and bathroom could benefit from having blinds for the windows. Some of the fittings, such as the door handle on the bathroom and the shower was very loose and rattled if used.

Clean, modern, well set out. Easy reach of town centre, easy parking outside the property ,albeit it be on a very steep hill. Loved it, would stay there again.
Nothing really, perhaps a pint of long life milk would have been a better idea then 4 until milk pots. All good beside that really.

Beds were extremely comfortable, bed linen and towels lovely.
Adequate crockery and cutlery.
Added touch of shampoo conditioner and shower gel was nice and unexpected.
A few issues we had on arrival were sorted the very next day.
It’s location 3/4 way up a very steep hill. Should be marked as unsuitable for persons with mobility issues. ( my partner has mobility issues and I would never have booked knowing this) it was not in the description.
Steep stairs with an extra 2 narrow steps up to one bedroom and down to the other.
Downstairs bathroom ( not on description) unsuitable for us.
The bathroom itself was very disappointing, “ grotty” unhygienic with visible rusty pipe work, and where not rusty all the paint was flaking off.
Attention to detail on cleaning would be good. The bath panel also was not nice to look at.
Flooring that ran from/through bathroom to kitchen also looked shabby along with pipe work under the radiators.
In my opinion the bathroom especially needs a refurb and some TLC.
One other point, there was not one single towel rail or hook anywhere within the bathroom, not even for the hand towel, nor a toilet roll holder.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the bathroom.
This property accommodates for 5 people , (5 beds) why therefore was there only 1 sofa in the lounge to just about accommodate 3 people to sit on. ???

Great location, value for money and an all round lovely property, would highly recommend

It smelt of damp and it was poorly decorated eg there were rusty exposed pipes and flaking paint work. Not as implied by the pictures
The bathroom was off the kitchen and poorly decorated. No rack/hook for towels
We are particularly disappointed to discover that a workman entered the property while we were out for the day to change the gas meter. This was without our knowledge and we were not told that it had happened. We deliberately booked self-catering accommodation to ensure our safety from covid 19 and this breeches our safety and security of personal belongings

Self contained. Walking distance to marina
Limited seating and no dining table
