I have nothing good to say

This is the first time I write a bad review! Leave the location of the apartment which is shocking and far from anywhere I have traveled to, the owner of the apartment is simply a shocking, evil, greedy woman. From the moment we met with her in the apartment we understood who we were dealing with, the way she spoke and conducted herself felt like one big deception. There was a leak in the apartment, which when we showed it to her she blamed us and we already understood that she would not return the deposit. So of course we didn't get the deposit we brought her back, and we also asked to leave the suitcases in the apartment for three hours and she charged us 50€!!! In short, I do not recommend, the apartment is not clean, the location is not good, the owner of the apartment is a bad woman!

The experience of this apartment was terrible, the host was rude and inhospitable. First of all, she asked us to pay for a car parking (15eur for each car for a night), saying that we can’t leave our cars in the street, we paid this amount but haven’t received any document of cash taking. Then the host asked us to pay a security deposit - 150eur in cash (also without giving us any document). We refused to give the money without cheque. Also, the apartments weren’t in good state to begin with (there was a cut on a couch, something was falling from the doors - and that’s just the things that we saw. Not to mention a lot of personal things like shoes, photos on the walls and etc.). We were afraid, that she was going to blame us for all the broken things, so wanted to leave the apartment and kindly asked the host to at least return our money for parking but she refused to give it back. we called the police to help us, also contacted Booking for help, but the host refused to return our payment. After 3 hours in the late evening, we had to leave apartment (with children) without returned money for apartment and even car parking. We went home to Lithuania (~3 hours drive). While saying goodbye the host wished us to get sick and shut the doors close

TERRIBLE experience all across the border! STAY AWAY from this host and this property!!! Not clean apartment, a lot of personal things, broken parts (like toilet seat, vent etc). host is unhelpful,uncommunicative and will steal your deposit by trying to blame you for things that are not perfect in the apartment to start with! will tell you about how much booking.com charges her,about her paying taxes,so will clearly make her problems your problems,so if you’re paying the money - please don’t expect good service and communication you would expect at other places. please document every crack/wrinkle/imperfection,otherwise the host will make you pay for everything you didn’t do. towels and bedsheets terrible, no shuttle, no internet. we were ready to pay for the installment, instead - the host came and was chitchatting with us for 2 hrs and then said that installers can’t come! ruined trip. no deposit back. lots of lies and craziness. STAY AWAY!!!
