Das Gitterbett war lediglich ein Reisegitterbett mit einem sehr nachgiebigen Boden was sich sehr leicht durch gedrückt hat, unser Baby ( 8Monate) wollte darauf überhaupt nicht schlafen weil er in der Mitte immer „eingesunken“ ist. Hat schlussendlich in unserem Bett geschlafen..

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartment, zentrale Lage für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Das Frühstück - Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. 🙂 Extrem nettes Personal.

Cancelation policy due to emergency family issues was bad since there is no refund for the payment . I have informed the receptionist that i have a family concern and am flying back home please help me by deducting one night and refund the rest but he refused

The location, the manager, one of the two receptionist was excellent, the restaurant: food and staff was excellent, car park.

-The L apartment had one tiny toilet only for six adults which is disappointing. -The other receptionist. -Overpriced.

A nice and renovated hotel with comfortable rooms and a fun pool for children. Good location in the center of Kaprun, . .The reception staff is very nice and welcoming in correspondence before and during the stay . good breakfast. . The summer discount card is included which is excellent We had a very pleasant stay

Everything was excellent. The place is in the center, the flat is extremely cosy and clean, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was included. Everything was just perfect. I will definitely come back again. Thank you all

Great customer service, clean and well located if you want to drive the Grossglockner. The food at the restaurant was good.

The breakfast was very healthy and sustainable. The staff was friendly and forthcoming. All in all, the service was excellent. The room was very nice, modern, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the sauna and being able to enjoy the nice panorama outside!

All the facilities, the apartments are comfortable and well equipped and spacious. The pool area was lovely. Didn't use the spa as couldn't leave the child.

The price is definately hiked up. But supply and demand. The restaurant offered the same food which was also overpriced for what iit was.

Bed and sofas were extremely comfortable 2 TVs, separate toilet Great choice for breakfast and food was fresh- there was even Prosecco for mimosas Outdoor pool and wellness area Restaurant is probably the best in town for dinner Nice personnel during our stay -they took care of our every need
