Highly recommended for travelers with a car. Parking in the yard. Very peaceful hotel on the outskirt of Kaprun ( could see ‘Milka’s cows on green slope from balcony). Spent 5 days and used hotel as a base for hiking - Kitzsteinhorn cable car in 15 min. on foot, Grossglockner road, Saalbach etc. in 30-60 min. by car.

This was probably the nicest place we've been to in Austria. The owners are so friendly and lovely, always happy to help and always smiley. The room was nice and clean with a spacious balcony, ours had a forest view. The beds were comfortable and the house overall felt like home, although not to worry - you still get your standard privacy. There's a ski room available downstairs. Breakfast was delicious. You can park right outside the building and it's a 10 min. walk to the center. I highly recommend!

There's nothing to dislike about this place.

Breakfast and room where great and hosts are super kind and helpfull, we had a great time. The city centre is also walking distance and there is a good public transport connnection.

Freindly atmosphere and Ulli was so very helpful. The room was perfect for my short stay.

Julie & Ludwig are a wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind ! Luki even gave us a special tour in his farm and the process of milking. Breakfast was excellent and contain FRESH ORGANIC milk and eggs which was a great experience. Room was perfect, cozy with an amazing mountain view. We will come back! Awesome place to stay. Beautiful views as it lies on the edge of town with sight on the forest and mountains. Super friendly host and a great breakfast. Will definitely come back in the future.

Quite Location nesr center of Kaprun, clean room, friendly owners, great breakefast!

Uli and her family are very sweet. We felt very welcomed the whole time, she was happy to answer all our questions, help with whatever we needed. Definitely coming back next summer, as we were also given summer card thanks to which we had a lot of free rides on cable cars and entrances to many interesting places.

Breakfast is delicious and owners very helpful and nice. Rooms are really clean. Great advantage is the summer card which gives free entrance to many spots!
