The apartment were so nice,clean with a fantastic mountain view.The kitchen were perfect and contain all the kitchen tools .I booked apartment with 4 bedrooms and all of them were awesome.The team at reciption were soo kind.i strongly advise to book this appartment .

Great host, great apartment, well equipped.

Heating was rather week but not a major issue.

FUN 3 Superior apartment, (2 adults and two children 7 and 10 years old) exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped, clean apartment with two spacious bathrooms, separate toilet, underfloor heating and a spacious terrace. The room was warm on arrival which was nice after a long journey. Parking directly in front of the house. The room is nicer and cozier than in the photos. Key handover was contactless (you are not limited by arrival time ) using the mailbox and access code at the door of the apartment house- it couldn't be easier :-). You will receive instructions on the day of arrival via Whatsapp. Absolutely ideal communication for those who maybe don't speak English well. Adrian will write everything down for you. The centre of Kaprun is about 10 minutes walk away. Under the Kitzsteinhorn glacier to the cable car about 8 minutes by car. We go to Kaprun regularly, it has always been a hotel, but after our experience with this accommodation we will only return to this apartment, where we make breakfast in peace after waking up and have breakfast at the table overlooking the mountains. We recommend this accommodation.

An apartment can have two disadvantages: 1) Small work area in the kitchen. 2) The apartment does not have a separate hall, so all the noise from the corridors is like inside your house + stomping above you. But it was not regular and could be accepted.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Spacious accommodation. Ski and boot room facilities were handy. Great complimentary spa tickets. Adrian was really helpful and looked after us during our visit.

Nothing. Although public transport is good and the village is well within walking distance. We found it convenient having our own vehicle for freedom of movement.

I liked everything, and I can recommend to stay there!
