Nice place with lots of room for our family of 8. We were attending NHRA event which this property was extremy close and very easy to get to the track. Would definitely stay here again.

Our reservation was for 11 people for 4 nights and we only had 11 towels. There were none in the bathroom or kitchen so we had to search for them. I didn’t find any extra blankets. And the property was not ready at check in time. It was generally clean but wasn’t the standard I’m used to.

This was a great property for a family gathering. It was nicely appointed and comfortable. It was a great place for an extended family visit and much nicer than a hotel.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the house. There was 9 of us and everyone had enough room to themselves. The owner was easy to deal with and was available anytime needed. No hassle booking in and out and the house was in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location for our needs, bathrooms/kitchen/linens were all clean, easy check in and out

Could use some TLC and attention - kitchen faucet broken, trash in the backyard, broken couch, cut linoleum in kitchen, porch was burnt on one corner and railing was apart and potentially unsafe. Owner messaged us about the porch (stated a previous guest had caught it on fire) but that was 2 days after our arrival and we had already discovered that. This should have been disclosed earlier given the porch was featured in the listing.
This property is located in an ideal spot for the needs of our trip and could accomidate our entire party. The owner is a real estate agent and uses a cleaning service in between guests. I sent a private message outlining some of the concerns I listed and stated that the house could benefit from some added attention and TLC. There were no dealbreakers but plenty of non-emergent issues which could stand to be fixed. The owner responded and stated that the property would be closed in September (2022) for updating, porch repair and paint. If that ends up happening this could be a great, 5 star house. For the state we found it in, I can only give 3 to 3.5 stars but chose to give 4 for location and cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen.

Property owner informed me that the previous renters started a small fire on the back porch. The washing machine had just went out.

Not an enjoyable stay
Family traveled to Charlotte to spend Christmas with grandson who is stationed at Fort Bragg. The kitchen was not equipped to prepare a simple dinner, much less a Christmas feast. The owner is a realtor and should know how to show hospitality to her guests.
The pots & pans were old and had gunk all over them; lots of lids for non-existing pots/pans; only 8 place settings (plates, silverware) so we were constantly washing dishes for our party of 6 adults and 1 child. You can buy quality items at a resale store, such as Goodwill, for very reasonable prices; the kitchen items should be scraped … Goodwill would have a hard time selling the pots, pans, etc.
Tops of the island in the kitchen and a round coffee table in the living room weren’t attached to their bases and constantly a hazard. I notified the owner of this and she said “renovations were planned.” I feel “renovations planned” should have shown in the description; if it were my house, I would take the listing out of service and when completed, then resist it at the price I paid.
Hostess listed bathroom items included, but no shampoo or soap found in house. The bedroom mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable to all of us. The sheets, towels and washcloths were not thick, much less luxurious. The furniture was only adequate; there was a dresser in the master, so I could unpack. Secondary bedrooms did not have any storage for socks, underwear, so my family lived out of a suitcase for the week. All cheap hotels have adequate storage, so guests can unpack!
It was expensive and very much overpriced … I wish I had booked a hotel and gone out to eat for our family’s Christmas dinner; I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.
As a VRBO owner in metro Atlanta, hospitality is the name of the game … making your guests comfortable; providing an accurate description with supporting photos; providing items listed, etc.
I would NOT rent this house again, nor recommend it to anyone I know.

The home and community were nice. A little older, but nice. With the exception of a missing desk chair, and missing excersise equipment, the listing was furnished as pictured. I was pleased with everything except the cleaning and the communication. Perfect for families like mine.
Arriving and finding dirty toilets, bar soap build up in the shower,, trash not emptied in 1 BA, a dirty fridge, trash on 2 floors, and surfaces not dusted was a serious downer. I had to personally clean the bathrooms upon arrival and my husband the fridge the next day. The owner offered to have another cleaning crew come the next day, which was something but not helpful for the situation (we had my FIL 85th bday dinner to shower and dress for). Owner also said my request for a 2 pm check-in was the reason (though I didn't arrive until almost 3:45 and made her aware that I would likely not get there before 3). Either way, I think she should have said she couldn't assure proper cleaning w/earlier check-in so I could have decided if I still wanted to book. It really looked like whoever was there before packed up their stuff, left, and all that was done was a linen change, trash removal and vacuuming (dishes still in the DW...not a biggie). The owner was traveling and delayed responding when I made the reasonable request to refund the "cleaning fee". The final communication said it would be refunded (but I haven't received yet). Overall, the place was spacious, a nice hood, the owner was nice, decor was polite so if I could be assured of the cleaning, I would definitely rent here again.

Great place for a family reunion
From the moment we found this property online we have been pleased with the experience. The house was perfect for our family reunion and celebration. We enjoyed Ava’s care and hospitality.

Great bang for the buck
Great pricing and very accommodating. House is clean and nice. 2.5 bathrooms makes it nice for having multiple guests. Very conveniently located to Charlotte Motor Speedway

We were supposed to check in at 3 PM We did get to the property about 2:45 PM and tried to unlock the lock box for the key but that wasn’t the correct code that was sent to us so the owner after 15 minutes Oh trying to get the key out of the lock box Ava came to the door and ask us what were we doing That the property was not ready to be lived in and she had some more cleaning to do because her last Guest had just left at 12 , we stated were trying trying to get in the property , btw we were 15 minutes early but we were thinking that no one was there and they were able to get in because it was only 15 minutes early . we have not received the right code the code that we received was and I’m guessing an old code, We were not able to check in until about or after 5:30 PM Ava the owner of this property kept contacting us about having or lets say us not having a party in her home several times , I’m guessing that she assumed because we were younger crowd of people in our early 30s that we were using her home to host a party and she stalled on sending code to lock box at this point we all felt profiled and missed judged we had plans to eat dinner at cheddars in Charlotte We made reservations for 6 PM we missed our reservations because we were not dressed in the appropriate attire our plans were to check in at 3 PM so that we were able to get dressed it was 11 guest so we all would have to take showers and get dressed , so long story short we missed dinner and we decided to go to grocery store and get food to cook , we were not sure where to find the air beds or extra covers that night , the day of leaving we had trash we inbox the owner of the property to ask her where should we put the trash we didn’t get a reply , we were very very upset that this happened to us we were profiled by the owner she called us several times about having a party in her home and we were not going to have a party or thought about having a party . We came down to celebrate my wife’s birthday and cheddars and that did not go as planned I really hope that home away or VRBO decide to handle the situation so that we won’t ever have this problem again. I will state that the home was very clean and organized other than us not being able to find the airbeds or covers for the airbeds We had to end up sharing beds with our cousins , There was blonde hair in the master bedroom shower the toilet were very clean him there was also dirty sheets on the master bed.

This house was perfect for our family vacation home. There was somewhere for everyone and great amenities. The owner was also very quick to respond and help with check in and check out!

Great home!
This was a great home for our group! The property was as advertised, 5BR 2.5 bath. The neighborhood was nice, and it was only 10 minutes from Concord Mills Mall. Very spacious with a large driveway. Property manager was very responsive. The only "negative" we had was we planned our trip for the 3pm online check-in time, and got a message after we were already on our way that check-in would be 4pm due to cleaners. I would definitely recommend this home.
