Chambre très bien située, à 15min à pieds de la plage Tout était très propre et très soigné L'hôte nous a très bien conseillé sur les restaurants et glaciers alentours

Seul bémol, pour un petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre, nous nous attendions peut-être à un peu plus de choix

Spazioso, comodo, pulito, ordinato e posizionato in un bel quartiere. Tutto nuovo e recentemente ristrutturato. Comodo il self check in in caso di arrivo in orario tardo. Il personale è cordiale, risponde in fretta ed è premuroso nel dare tutte le indicazioni necessarie.

So when we came there were no electricity, but the problem was quickly solved, then there was a terrible conditioner. First of all it didn’t work for an hour and i should repair it by myself, when it finally started to work, it turned out that lower than 26 degrees it doesn’t go, there was 30+ degrees on the street. Only in the morning i understand that i have to use the screen on the wall and not the remote control (staff told me only about the last one) Also if you want to lower the temperature you have to wait for some time. So the property is good, modern, but such issues spoiled my short stay here.

The room was absolutely PERFECT! It was super clean, comfy and it was easy to get to. Everything worked perfrctly with the lovely staff! Higly recommend!! <3

We simply just don't have any complains.

Location was perfect, and everything else was near perfevt too. If you need a room in the better area of Genoa, esp. near to Boccadese you want this place. Great comfartable beds, AC, clean rooms, bathrooms and towel. Iron was also provided. Local restaurants are great, esp.the pizzeria nearby. There is a laundry shop, a carefour, a local bakery and a local market just downstairs with the freshest stuff. The staff time to time surprises you, we had a cake and fresh bakery for breakfast! Stable wifi is great for youngsters, it is overall a nice retreat after a day in busy Genoa, and cheap.

Thin walls. Luckily not us, but you might be at the mercy of your neighbours in terms of sleeping. If there are children or party people you might want a mutual understanding with them before sleeping. Also it would be useful to label/designate other shelves in the fridge besides Ceasare room, since someone drank the milk we bought. There are indeed small fridges in the rooms, with low capacity, so you might not put spoilable stuff there. Maybe a bit too tight on the surveillance, cctv and locking, but nothing else.

The apartment was very nice, clean and tidy. It looks exactly like in the pictures. Good location, almost the bus station that takes you to the center of Genoa or to the train station. Anna, our host, was very kind and nice. Thanks Anna for everything!
