Clean,comfy & responsive!

The proximity to everything you need including a 24 hr covenience store, restaurants and bus terminal. No phone signal inside but the fast internet connection compensated for it

Location

The location was absolutely superb. About a minute walk to Session Road. Internet connection was impeccable. When I first arrived my first question was if the unit got air conditioning, when the gentle host answered "none", I was a bit worried, but thanks to the cool Baguio weather, there is no need to have A/C. The unit is basically very cute and met majority of our expectations. It is really good for a couple to stay at. And it was spotlessly clean.

One suggestion though, the host should include "paper towels" in the kitchen to wipe possible spills and water spots while guests work in the mini-kitchen. And coffee mugs for a good hot morning coffee.

The place is great and accessible to most tourist attractions. Walking distance to SM, sesdion road and cathedral.

They did not tell us that exhaust is not working thus, we can't cook for our breakfast. They should have informed us ahead of time. Also, the first bedsheet was itchy but they replaced it the following day.

Overpriced items for my surprise I lived in baguio for a while and i know the prices, but I had a seminar for a week so i asked the staff to prepare the surprise They prepared a very cheap cake :) and asked to pay much more than it costs Also the petals are not that expensive. Fyi I havent seen the cake til I got there, i already advance paid for the surprise including a generous tip But it's disappointing to say at least Also check the window They left it open :) we weren't able to check it until our 2nd night. Not safe. I even left my laptop there when we went out.

Spacious Room with kitchenette plus free wifi. Great Location, near to SM Baguio, bus station and Burnham Park. Great staff, kudos to the owner and Jen!

Maganda yung place. .very affordable yet super worth it. .malinis at comfortable ung pag stay namin. .meron na ding ref, microwave, induction cooker. .complete na dn ung kitchen utensils. . Super lapit nia sa ibang pasyalan. .like burnham park, Baguio Cathedral, SM Baguio at sa Session Rd. .

wala namn, siguro dagdag nalang ng tsinelasor tubig (charge nalng sa magstay if ever) ,,, but not that of a really big deal.

The apartment was cozy and relaxing. It was newly painted when I arrived. It is centrally located, close to SM, baguio cathedral and session road. If you ate fond of walking, point of interest can be easily accessible through walking.

The cleanliness of utensils in the unit's kitchen werent maintained properly. There were some molds in it. It doesnt have aircondition. But i can still recommend it otherwise.
