This is an amazing place to stay. It’s so nice and local in Beaver Creek and has great amenities. My friend and I were having a lovely little weekend away and this was the perfect spot! Thanks for everything!!!

Great place - would stay again. The lodge was very quiet and Oliver’s place was easy to access in and out. It was a very convenient stay with Oktoberfest going on in beaver creek. Also loved how affordable it was compared to other stays in the area. The host was easy to reach for early check in. Highly recommend.

Excellent location in Beaver Creek Lodge in the Village. No choice parking at $30/day. No house cleaning unless you pay for each time. Bath tub hot/cold valve either very hot or ice cold. One could probably book the hotel and get more services for similar cost. Otherwise it provided what we wanted.

The unit was clean - smelled fine - bed comfortable. Great location. Our main concern was parking. We stayed for one night and we were more than willing to pay for the $60 valet - BUT we were skiing both days with one overnight. We were unable to park at the residence until check in at 4 pm - so we had to drive down to the bottom and park at the Bear Lot and shuttle up - then the next day at check out - we wanted to leave our car and get out on the slopes - valet would not let us do so - so again we had to move our car back down to the Bear Lot and shuttle up. Really frustrating with no accommodation or understanding from the front desk. We thought we could sleep in and enjoy the day - but only realized that by enjoying the morning - we further delayed ourselves by having to move our car. We realize it was Spring Break -but the lack of accommodation for those who were staying there was frustrating. It was like we were talking to robots with no common sense.

The location on this place is great. Ski valet and proximity to restaurants make things super easy. The bed and dining chairs really do need to be replaced. The bed has huge indents from long use and you practically fall though the dining chairs (we count use them). But the couch is comfortable and having a fireplace was super nice.

Had never been to Beaver Creek before. Nice place. Colorado is beautiful!

Excellent location for shops and dining in the village of Beaver Creek. Summer or Winter, this competitively priced, small one bedroom provides al that is needed for a great getaway.

Had great snow and that was the most important thing. The condo was comfortable.

The room is great location. We enjoyed being in Beaver Creek Village. However, it has had smokers in it recently. The room had terrible stench of cigarette smoke that wafted from the furniture, bed and carpet. You couldn’t sit on the couch without smelling it seep up to you. The only way we could stand the room was to keep the windows open all the time. I think the smell is so bad the owner may have to replace furniture and carpet to clear it.

This property was super convenient for a family skiing. We will be back!

The location was terrific. I wish the room was also terrific, but it was far from. Old, ripped carpet, dated, scuffed and broken furniture, lack of towels, needs to be gutted. The host was not very responsive either...Our multiple requests to fix the broken safe fell on deaf ears.....The host response was the room is not advertised as "luxury"....not what we expected for the money we paid...

We were pleased with our studio. Perfect for 2 adults. Close to everything. Restaurant on premises had great staff & good food. Our property manager was great to work with, very receptive to our needs.

A lovely condo in the center of everything. My sister and I were staying after a running adventure and wanted to keep as much fresh air as possible flowing so as not to leave lingering smells. The room was very quiet even with the windows left open. We had everything we needed for the night. I had no issues before, during, or after our stay, so I didn't need to contact the host. Check-in and out was easy through the front desk.

We loved staying here! Lots of space for two people, clean rooms and easy communication with Oliver. Quick walk to anything in beaver creek resort and right next to the bus stop that takes you into Avon! Would definitely stay again.

Overall extremely nice. Overall very clean. We would stay here again. Feather pillows provided were great, requested hypoallergenic ones were uncomfortable. Oliver (owner) responded promply and very friendly to our calls for more coffee, towels, and door squeak.

Easy process, clean, and great access to gondolas. Very convenient. Definitely “dated” but was clean. Not in the rooms much anyway but was a pleasant experience and I’d recommend if a small group

We had a slight problem with parking, but Oliver was very helpful and rectified the problem. The location is great as it is steps away from skiing and the cute village.
