3 floors to climb with luggage is very Hard for eldery

The location of the apartment is absolutely great, is in old part of Chioggia. Apartment is comfortable and nice and with bicykles. The owner was very helpful, she recommended a lot of shops and restaurants.

Good place, good people, the best owner = nothing to complain about

The apartment is very well located in Chioggia, close to lots of shops and bars/restaurants. The apartment was as pictured and it was nice and quiet. The air conditioning was very nice to have on the very hot days we were there. Our host provided coupons for the beach, which was really nice, as that was our main reason for visiting Chioggia - to get out of the crowds in Venice and go to the beach for the day.

We didn't realize that the apartment was on the top floor, in the attic, which made the ceilings low in several areas. We bumped our heads a lot. If you are a taller person, this is something to keep in mind. The shower doesn't have a place to set soap/shampoo, and even though there is air conditioning, the bedroom that is farthest away from the main area was quite stuffy at night. Also, it took us a long time to realize that the air conditioning was connected to a light switch on the wall. So we thought it was broken until our daughter flipped a switch. Perhaps a notice of that would be beneficial.

Extremely easy to check in, we really loved it! Everything was set and waiting for us upon arrival. The personal patio was amazing. Awesome location, in the very heart of the town and next to a cathedral. Parking was very convenient and free of charge. Personal coffee maker in the studio together with free coffee shots! Bikes available for guests!

Nothing to complain about!

Apartment has magic atmosphere, host is very nice so you can experience pleasant stay:) Chioggia is little Venice (1hr by car by the way) where you can feel how locals living.

We have appreciated that we can use Coffee Maker Nescafe.

Beautiful turquoise Coffee pot doesn't work on induction hob, because it is aluminium :)
