Very happy with the overall place. Only complaint need thicker windows to drown out the freeway noise.

Customer service. Both counter people acted like I was bothering them when I went to the front counter.

They don’t offer breakfast but plenty of food nearby. 24 hour decaf coffee was great. Location SE of Austin and near the airport was great. Full fridge and microwave great. Laundry and gym!

The air con didn’t work well. I was brought a fan that helped.

Reception staff really friendly and happy. Helpful in our questions and organising the airport shuttle when we needed it. Room was clean, kitchenette was really useful and the fridge/freezer with ice maker was just what we needed.

They only came once to change towels, except when I had asked them to refill the shower gel. The neighbour was very noisy three nights in a row (3am and 4am), but the noise stopped shortly after calling front desk each night. On the morning after the third complaint, however, we asked if we could take the complaint further and never heard a single noise for the remainder of our stay. Cannot fault the staff but it was a problem during my stay.

The staff was not very friendly, my oulet in the bathroom did not work for blow drying. I let thr girl know at the front desk she offered no solutions.

windows let all the high speed traffic sounds in. very difficult to sleep. many times had to go to neigboring Holiday Inn for replacement products for the room. no breakfast at the hotel.

Convenient location.

Unprofessional, rude staff. Front desk agent refused to give me the receipt/invoice. She told me that since I made my reservation through booking.com I must ask them for receipt. I was trying to explain her that the payment was done directly to the hotel, not trough the booking.com but she did not know how it works and sent me off. When I asked her name to file a complain she did not tell me. It happened on 10/11/21 when I checked out. Upd. I was told that the total for my staying is $960.00. However, after I check out, the next day they debited my card for additional $407 without explanation and without any response for my questions and inquiries. I would recommend to stay away from this place!

It was close to the airport for our 5am flight, it was close to some great off the beaten path restaurants. The hotel was very clean, our tub drained and the bed was comfy. Staff was great including Zak. Would definitely recommend.

Room was clean. The hotel smelled nice.

The "onsite" pool is at the Holiday Inn next door. It's uncomfortable to walk across the parking lot in your suit. You get looked down upon when you have to ask permission to enter the pool. Also, the A/C didn't go below 68 and the room felt stuffy. The fan in the bathroom didn't work well either so that made it even stuffier in the small room.

Moved to New Holiday Inn across parking lot by manager, must have over booked.

Not sure why we were swapped by manager but still ended up in the very nice Holiday Inn at same price. Probably turned out better.
