Staff were rude and never allowed us to fully check-in. Went to the Hyatt House Downtown, which was like going from sketchy economy class to first class on a plane and was worth every penny. The Atwell had to put multiple signs up in its parking lot reminding people how unsafe the area is and how they are 💯 not responsible for anything that happens.

It was under construction and didn’t look anything like the photos. We did not stay. Asked for a refund and we’re denied.

Room ws spacious and clean

Due to construction, difficult to find entrance, hallways were unkept, checkin area difficult to locate

Not much other than glad you are renovating; however, the new carpet has spray paint on it from the contractors. The carpet acts as a floor border up the wall and the newly painted walls now have that color sprayed on the carpet. Sloppy contractor work throughout the rooms and hallways. Don't you guys check their work?

Everything. Not informed PRIOR to booking about building being renovated. Fumes permeated the rooms and made the night uncomfortable. Poorly designed/layed out rooms. Potential for someone to walk into the side of the TV due to the design and limited space to walk to the restroom. Disgruntled staff made it known how they feel about the company.

When we arrived the property was under major renovation and had several security issues that were unacceptable to us.

the property listed had sofa bed and it didnt which ruined our stay since one person couldn’t sleep because of absence of sofa bed
