We had a wonderful stay in this huge duplex right on the golf course that allowed all four of my daughters and their husbands and all grand kids to enjoy a full week of family times, go shopping in nearby Vail and Beaver Creek as well as enjoy Avon’s community. The house was very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, plenty of silverware, cups for 8-10 coffees as well as extras, two high chairs, 2 playpens, and great washer and dryer.

We had a group of 8 and the house, location and accommodations were perfect! Everything about the property and service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property for any age group of travelers..it's warm, cozy, spacious and everything is as promised and represented! The owners are very helpful, professional and nice and were genuinely interested that we enjoyed our stay. It couldn't have been better and we will definitely return!

We wanted a place to stay that my family (5 adults), my brother and his family (2 adults, 3 juniors), and Mom & Dad (83 & 84) could all enjoy! There were 5 separate bathrooms, so many people could get ready for my son’s wedding. The condo was right on the golf course with a hot tub and an amazing view! The kitchen had two ovens, gas burners, and everything we needed. There is a ten person table and then bar seating in the kitchen too. The beds were all comfortable with quality sheets. Plenty of towels too. There are hiking trails right out the door. We had an amazing time! The location was great as we needed groceries and forgotten last minute item from Walmart - 6 min. away. We were impressed with the place and recommend it to others!

This is a beautiful home, very comfortable and great for a family of 14 to stay. From a guest experience, however, I cannot rate this five stars. I booked this home through VRBO and asked questions through the site that never were answered. I’ve never experienced a complete lack of response even when a home is managed by a management company. That was the first problem- we needed a pack n play and wondered if we could save ourselves the hauling of one on an airplane- but two emails were left unanswered. There were two pack n plays in the unit- that would have been so tremendously helpful to know. Secondly, the owners accidentally sent a gift basket on day three of our stay, which is a lovely thought, but it was to the wrong person. They apologized by saying we should be glad as we got the better of the two baskets due to the error. So we were going to receive a less than desirable gift basket? Finally, the check out instructions basically yell at you (all caps several times) to clean everything, wipe everything down (including the fridge, bathrooms, countertops, and backsplash). I paid not an insignificant amount for a cleaning fee. The requests for what must be cleaned are too much for the price we paid for a cleaning fee. This was extremely frustrating for my entire family, and several of my family members own more than one vacation home that is rented out. So for us, there were just too many caveats from a guest experience and care standpoint to rate it 5

5 Stars! We had a great spring break staying at this home with multiple families. First, the location was great to ski both Vail and Beaver Creek - so convenient. Where it is situated makes it super quiet and private but also very close to access to the main roads and I-70. Second, the communication with the owners was excellent and so appreciated (including very generous gestures of welcome and thank you baskets during our stay). Third, the layout of the home was great for our group of multiple families from the property accommodating multiple vehicles, to the fully stocked kitchen, to the common spaces, to the bedrooms, to the huge deck with a hot tub of views of the golf course/mountains, perfect after a long day on the slopes. Sleds were even included, which the kids put to good use on the hill behind the house on our day off from skiing. Absolutely book this home - you will have an amazing time.

Gorgeous private home. Newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances. New carpet throughout. Six bedrooms and five bathrooms made for a spacious living environment. Washer and dryer worked well. Easy access to Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts. Grounds maintained with snow plows due to heavy snows. Large Hot tub maintained professionally twice during one week stay. Enjoyed welcome basket with lots of goodies. Owners easily accessible for any questions. Highly recommended.

You won’t regret booking this place. Pete and Elizabeth are amazing hosts, good communication and made our stay be amazing, safe and joyful. They even sent us a gift 🎁! Super clean, lots of room, comfortable, all utensils needed. Hot tub is amazing!! Location is simply the best possible! 10 min from vail downtown and 4 min from Walmart and Home Depot. The best vacation rental we have every stayed in! We were in Vail for a family wedding. This beautiful home was recommended by a friend. The house has lots of room for a large extended family. This is a great home with all the amenities.
The views from the patio are amazing, not only a golf course but gorgeous mountains. Excellent location with easy access to everything. Hiking trails close by. Each bedroom has a bathroom and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is large with everything you need and high end appliances. Living room is very comfortable and great place to relax. Would stay here every time we visit.

This is our first time staying in a VRBO and I could not ask for anything better. Great home, very clean and up to date with all amenities. Perfect for a family and large group as each bedroom has bathrooms. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is large and has everything you need. View off patio is amazing with great outdoor furniture and a hot tub. Not only on a golf course but beautiful views of the mountains and quick access to hiking trails. This is the perfect location with access to all areas such as Vail, Beaver Creek and many more. Nice quiet neighborhood. Park only 3 houses down for kids to play. You will not go wrong staying here.

Beautiful home, thoughtful owners
We had a wonderful weekend family get together here, it is a beautiful home with a spacious main floor, great kitchen, bedrooms with comfy queen beds. Had kiddos with us, and there is a park within walking distance, and a really nice park (Harry Nottingham Park) with a big playground and a sand beach just a short drive away. Saw a moose on the golf course our first day here. The owners were really generous and let us check in early and check out late (super helpful since the young kids in our family don’t exactly understand check-out times…) for no additional fees. Very clean place too. Thank you for sharing your home with our family for the weekend :)

There was plenty of space for our four families to be together, 2 playgrounds within walking distance for our kids, and good access to Avon and Vail. Great house, great location, great communication!
Everything about our stay was great. The house was wonderful and super spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room for multiple cooks, the deck was great to relax on and watch golfers, the numerous beds were all comfy, and the location was super convenient for hiking as well as getting to Avon/Vail/Beaver Creek. Pete was absolutely fabulous. He made sure we had anything and everything that we wanted, including snacks, a speaker, wine, and a generous welcome basket. Communication was quick and easy, and we would definitely stay here again in the future! Overall this is a great home for large groups and we highly highly recommend it!

Great for multiple families!
This house worked great for our large group of 3 families! It was super clean, in a great location and gave our large party plenty of space to spread out. The kids enjoyed sledding on the golf course behind the house and it was just a short 5 minute drive to the slopes. Our host Pete was very friendly and responsive and the house was exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The deck, hot tub and fireplace were excellent amenities that added to everyone's experience. Bathrooms were well stocked and plentiful. Communication was top notch - Pete was always a text away to help answer any questions. Would for sure stay again!

All around great experience. The house is awesome and the location is perfect for skiing in both Beaver Creek and Vail. Quiet and private setting while also being close to the main access road. Hosts were very informative and responsive. The house comfortably fits large groups and has great living/eating space for everyone. The new kitchen is also very well done. Great house and experience!
Awesome rental property! Amazing location for both Beaver Creek and Vail resorts. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Added bonus - the hot tub gets really hot, perfect after a long day on the slopes.

Great for ski group
Very clean, large and quiet house. All the beds were comfortable with nice linnets. Remodeled kitchen with new appliances was great for coking for a large group dinner. Great trip!!

Overall fabulous stay with lots of room for large groups in a clean space. 1. Hosts: excellent, proactive, extremely detailed, kind, responsive and attentive.2. Interior decor: rustic, cabin-like feel (e.g., antlers displayed, exposed natural wood everywhere) with lots of space in this 3-level home and amenities for large groups comfortably; newly renovated entirely except for master bed/bath (partially upgraded); overall very clean; lots of natural light with option to close window fixtures for privacy; 4 parking spaces for suv or car; fairly close to ski/snowboarding areas 3. Be mindful: 1. Do NOT for any reason whatsoever place anything but toilet paper into the toilets. Place all toilettes, wipes and sanitary items into the waste baskets. The pipes are cast iron with finger-like structures inside… so those non-TP items will clog severely or destroy entire plumbing system; 2. wifi and cell phone connectivity were not strong for us (wifi range boosters and extenders are needed here due to the enormity of the space) so do not plan major work projects here, which should be fine —- enjoy your holiday / vacation getaway instead. this could have been due to heavy ice and snowfall during our stay to be fair;3. the master bedroom and bathroom (top floor level with red towels in bathroom) are the only areas of the house not yet completely renovated and the bathroom is very dated. Privacy is primary high point in master bed/bath when compared to other areas of the house that have all been fully renovated; 4. Do not let the hosts’ instructions or extensive list of rules intimidate or turn you off from selecting this property. They are plentiful but extremely easy to adhere to daily in effort to keep the place in prime condition; 5. The bathrooms do not have locks so establish a system that no one enters if door is closed; 6. Sounds travel easily through floors and walls esp for those located on bottom floor. No hardship if you are fun people but may have to establish chatty/play hours if you are a stickler for more silence while sleeping.
