L'appartamento è molto carino, tutto il necessario per poter trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Posizione più che ottima, in pieno centro e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio Lungolago Gonzaga a pagamento per 6 euro al giorno. Elisa la proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Se dovessi tornare a Mantova, sicuramente rifarei l'esperienza.

La struttura é in un palazzo d'epoca ed é a quattro passi da piazza Sordello, Le dimensioni della struttura sono di tutto rispetto. Degne di essere menzionate la gentilezze e la premura della signora Elisa. Sorprende la completezza degli accessori: anche una scatola con attrezzi tali che ho potuto riparare il mio trolley. Lo consiglio vivamente.

L'accoglienza è stata estremamente gentile. La posizione è ideale: pochi minuti a piedi dalla maggior parte dei monumenti e dei ristoranti. L'appartamento è ben arredato, completo di tutto e permette una piena autonomia.

Un solo piccolo difetto: c'è un solo calorifero, che fatica un po' a riscaldare tutto l'appartamento. Bisogna aggiungere qualche coperta per dormire bene (ma nell'armadio ce n'è in abbondanza).

Elisa! What a fantastic, kind and patient host! The apartment was in an a fabulous location, spotlessly clean and provided everything we could possibly need. It has a washer and dryer with detergent so we left with a suitcase of clean clothes. The pastry shop directly across the street got us going with delicious pastries, coffee, although Elisa had everything you need to make your own. Her attention every need and detail was above and beyond. Can’t thank you enough, Elisa! PS: Jeff ate the whole dish of candies that you left. We agree that the Palazzo Te was breathtaking!

Not about the property, but there were no taxis at the train station and the telephone number at the taxi stand didn’t work, so be prepared to walk. Elisa was great about arranging a cab for our departure. Thank you

Everything was perfect! The location was amazing. All of the delights of centro storico Mantova are within just a few minutes of easy walking. There is an incredible pasticceria directly across the street, and fabulous restaurants, coffee bars and trattorias in every direction. The apartment is outstanding in accessibility, comfort, cleanliness and personality. How special to ‘live like a local’ even if only for a few days, in this historic building with amazing character. It was difficult to leave this morning (yes, it was that wonderful). Elisa is a special host, and a true Ambassador for this enchanting jewel of a city. Her attention to detail and very helpful communication and suggestions deserve the highest praise. I am so pleased that I chose this option for my first visit to Mantova on my Italian adventure!

The lovely apartment in a street just off piazza sordello . Nice and modern with a very comfortable bed . Elisa the host is wonderful , lots of nice little extras in apartment , washing machine with products bathroom has shower gel , shampoo etc . This is the second time we have stayed here .

You could easily walk here from the train station. It is about a 15-20 minute walk. The host is magnificent. The property … immaculate and steps from wonderful restaurants and shops. I would stay here again and again.

The apartment is located right in the centre of Mantua and very well equipped, with many thoughtful small touches making it very comfortable. Elisa was a delightful host who went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous apartment and host. This is the only place to stay in Mantova. Elisa has provided a home away from home and would do anything for you. The apartment has everything including a washer and dryer. The location is amazing and the town is beautiful. Thanks Elisa for making our stay so comfortable.

Location was brilliant In a quiet courtyard location but close to all the main sights and the lakes. Thoughtful little touches everywhere. Taxis from station o non existent due to huge literary festival so owner’s wife picked us up from the station after going back home from the flat to pick up her car. The whole flat made great use of space. Security very good.

The location was fabulous, a quiet street round the corner from the main sites and bars, restaurants and bakeries. Elisa was a very friendly and helpful host. She allowed us to check in early and leave later in the morning. She also provided jams, melba toasts, cakes, biscuits and water. Very kind. The apartment was spacious, very well equipped, tasteful and comfortable. It had a quirky, lovely feel. Very relaxing.

We like bedside lamps so they would have been appreciated. The bed was very comfy but the shelf on the head board made it difficult to sit up comfortably. Very minor matters.

Perfect location, a spacious apartment, clean, nice, a few steps from Duomo and Palazzo Raggione. Thanks to Lisa, who checked us in well before the check-in time, which was important to us. This let us visit all we wanted.
