Casita was perfect for the two of us. On more than one occasion Roy asked if we needed anything else. Even though the Casita is next to the owners home there is a privacy fence between the two. Kitchen is supplied with anything you could possibly need. There is no stove which I thought would be a problem but there is a hot plate and a toaster oven which worked great. Only thing I could want is my own gas grill. Roy made sure we understood we could use his anytime we wanted, it still made us feel like we were intruding. Would definitely stay with Roy & Tikreet again. Thank you Roy!

Nice place

Roy was very responsive and accommodating! The swimming pool was wonderful and very clean, but the pool chairs were not at all. It was such a beautiful yard, but the outer windows of the Casita were a little dirty, hindering the view. The inside was clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable too. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, though a little past the outskirts of Gilbert City limits. Thank you Roy!

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The property had a place behind the house that the porch was full of old junk. The owners on the same property which was fine though could have been more organized and not just bunch of stuff all over. The pool being in their backyard with cameras pointing on us as we were using the pool. My boyfriend had 3 dogs barking at him and tried to hite him. I was standing outside as 6 dogs came under the fence and started barking at me and trying to bite my feet. Never seen the owners which was nice. Dog poop on the patio behind chairs at the pool.

The condo is perfect for 2 adults. It is very clean and comfortable. We were in Phoenix for a business trip, but didn’t want a hotel. This gave us the perfect option. We also used the pool after the sun went down. Roy was great to deal with.

The problem with reviews are they are never completely accurate. Certainly in this case we were very disappointed with so many things we left 2 weeks early and will not get our money back! AC controlled by owner, bed is a King with pillows stuffed at the footboard inside a California King frame. Laundry and bathroom ceiling vent disgustingly dirty and probably a fire hazzard. Ceiling fans on timers with blue lights is annoying at night. The guest house has a one car garage with owners stuff lining every wall. Our SUV fit but was super tight loading or unloading. The idea of shared space for pool took on a new meaning as his dogs didn't like us back there and lots of barking. A few times all 6 dogs came around from side yard barking at our dogs and us overwhelming at 6am. His back patio is full of collections? Owner works in IT security for Intel which leads to a few oddities which eventually is why we left early. We really felt the owner was listening to us and maybe cameras? Owners attitude changed early in the reservation as we expect he was hearing us bitch about all the stuff that was not right. He has security cameras at front door of casita, several other cameras on the back of his house aiming at the casita. He had some sort of security on the Wifi that stopped us getting to basic sites? The final straw was his slamming the store room door attached to the casita so hard and loud it shook the back wall and bed!!! We didn't feel safe and left early.

Perfect location to spend time with our family in Gilbert!

Very nice house and casita . Outside is a bit in disarray and not sure where we were supposed to bbq . Overall good ! Inside could have used some coasters , spices, and food storage containers or a cooler to take with you on a day trip .

Very clean and homey feeling casita. Close to Mesa and lots of things to do with easy access to the highway.

The property owner (Roy) had the garage door opener programmed to automatically close after a set time and did not communicate that to us at check-in. While loading our Highlander to leave, the garage door came down on our rear door causing paint damage of almost twelve hundred dollars based upon two estimates we got when we returned home. Roy refunded half of the cost of the damage based upon Chicago area body shop estimates. Roy further indicated he feels no responsibility to compensate us any further for his garage door's damage to our car, which leaves us responsible for half the cost of the repair to our Highlander. There are lots of places to stay in the Phoenix area and I recommend you look elsewhere.

We had an incredible 4 night stay at this casita! Roy is wonderful and made the experience seamless, stress free and really enjoyable for my whole family. The pool and backyard is a shared space but we never felt uncomfortable at all. Clean, convenient and located near tons of amenities in a very upscale neighborhood! 10/10 recommend. We’ll be back! This casita was a great place to stay with our dog. The backyard is huge, wide open and completely fenced in. You'll need to be mindful of the Roy's dogs when they are out but this wasn't an issue and we used the yard freely throughout our stay. The casita itself is well equipped and is perfect for a couple. It also has a pullout couch for one more if needed. Roy is very responsive and always able to provide assistance if needed. The casita is in a quiet neighbourhood a few minutes away from a large grocery store and a little further away from numerous shopping areas. San Tan Mountain Regional Park, which has some great hiking trails, is about a 15 minute drive away. We would definitely return to Roy's property.

Nice place with close by access to other amenities. Perfect for 2 people and plenty of room for 2 more. Easy check in and check out.

This 1 bedroom unit is spacious, comfy, and just perfect for our trip to Arizona. Owner, Roy, was responsive to all our questions. We will definitely rebook this vacation home. This is 100% better than booking an hotel - separate bedroom with a TV, living room with comfy couches, laundry room, full kitchen with all supplies and separate garage for our car.

Our hosts Roy & Dirit were awesome! They supplied everything we needed to have a relaxing time. We planned a Barbecue with two other couples and Roy set the table and chairs for it. We loved our stay. This rental has everything including a large laundry room which was such a bonus for us! Clean & beautiful neighborhood as well. My only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer! :) We will for sure be staying here again! Thank you!!

As this is a shared property with owner Roy and family, we felt welcomed and comfortable staying in his fully stocked Casita. Perfect accommodations for the three of us and our dog. We had a great time in the pool and felt comfortable in the shared backyard. Our dog enjoyed the space to run around and we were grateful for the space. We look forward to staying here again! Perfect spot just what we needed.

The guest house was clean and had plenty of room for the 3 of us that stayed. The bed was fairly comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Lots of towels available. The kitchen had all the basics for a short stay. If staying longer I would recommend bringing some cooking items with you. The pool and yard were great for what we needed with our pups. There is stuff all about and it is a bit messy but that did not affect the use of the yard or pool. The pool itself was spotless and made for a great weekend in the valley. I would stay here again and I appreciate the owners for everything they provided.

I've stayed at many places throughout the years but this one topped them all! It was the most beautiful neighborhood, and the place was so very beautiful! So warm and comfortable and the owner treated me like a Princess! So kind and personable! Amazing accommodations! I wish I could have stayed longer! It was by far the very best place I've ever stayed at! I can't wait to return!

We were there for a sad reason, our sweet Grandmother was passing. We did not get to use all the amenities as we mostly just used this property for sleeping. However, it was very homey and a comfort to come back to each day after emotional days.
