The condo was cozy, and thoughtfully stocked for a long weekend for our family with 3 school-aged children! Great location, within walking distance to town. Very comfortable and clean. Zusana was a great, communicative host who conveyed the perfect amount of information / details for our stay.

This unit is unbelievably good. I was a little bit doubtful in the beginning but everything was very well maintained and i cannot describe how nice this unit was. It had everything inside plus it was warm too. I would love to stay again here. Ohh by the way we go to Lake Placid all the time and if we had known this place existed we would have chosen it. I was sad to go.

Our host was very accommodating when we had to change our reservation, then we wanted to add a day. The house was very nice. It was an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you would need. It is the most well equipped kitchen I have seen in a rental place and we have stayed in many . There were plenty of towels, bedding, pillows, blankets. We had our 30 pound small dog with us and the location was perfect for letting her out. Condo #5 has the most yard space for a dog. The wifi was great, there was plenty of hot water, even with 2 people showering at the same time. We had 5 adults, and plenty of space for all of us. We had 2 cars and were always able to park easily. There was a snow removal person to shovel the walkways (it snowed the whole time we were there) 3 nights/4 days. A shovel and salt were also provided by the host. We used the fireplace one evening and that was an added bonus. We plan to stay there next year! I would highly recommend this place!

Spent the holidays at this lovely property. It was clean, nicely decorated, and the view was amazing! It was a short walk to shops and restaurants. We’d love to stay here again!

Zuzana's condo was perfect for our needs. It was close to downtown to go to shops and restaurants as well as for a nice loop around Mirror lake, but in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked.

The property is in a great location, with an easy walk to town. Plenty of space and well stocked with the essentials.

This is just about a perfect place to stay in Lake Placid. Roomy, clean and comfortable with an outstanding deck. It’s very private, yet within an easy walking distance to downtown. A+++

Awesome location and lovely accommodations!

Great place. Location was perfect for walking to town and not far from other attractions. The house was clean and accommodated all our needs. The owner stayed in contact when I needed her. I would of appreciated a notice about the lawn being a common area because a neighbor who had a dog that was unleashed and used the deck that we hung out on as a pee post. It made staying out outside a little uncomfortable. The dog owner left a pile of used poop bags that did not smell good or appealing to look at on our week vacation and would occasionally forget to pick up after her dog at all. It was also uncomfortable because I didn’t how the interaction with my dog and the neighbors dog would of been. It was a little stressful to walk my dog on her leash outside because I never knew when her dog would be around and being unleashed, was nervous about it coming up to my dog unexpectedly and unwanted and having something occur. The dog was friendly with us and the kids but you never know what could happen between unfamiliar dogs.

We are a family of four and we’re in town for a lacrosse tournament. It was a great location for being able to walk into town.

We visited LP this time for the marathon race. The property is in proximity to everything! Very clean and well maintained. Owner was very accommodating with check out hours. We are in LP many times per year and will be looking for the opportunity to rent again. Thanks!

We loved out stay. The location is a perfect combination of privacy and access to the centre of the town. The condo is part of a small complex but in the back so very private. The unit itself was itseld lovely and very clean. Definitely would book it again.

This house was great. Optimal location, spacious, well stocked, etc. We have gone to LP several times (stayed around the corner a few times) and this place didn't disappoint. Being able to bring our dogs was a bonus. Another enjoyable stay at LP.

We really enjoyed our stay on Thanksgiving. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the fireplace was great with plenty of wood. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay within walking distance to Main Street in Lake Placid.

We really enjoyed Zuzana’s condo. It was extremely clean and well-supplied. The view was beautiful and the location very convenient, a 5 minute walk to the main st in Placid but in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to dinner and breakfast , avoiding the need to find parking. The kitchen was well stocked and the seating comfortable. The unit is on the far end so no one walks by, so there is privacy. Fireplace worked well and plenty of wood supplied. Would definitely stay again!

This was an ideal setup for a family trip with our son (under 1) and dog. Walking distance to all Lake Placid has to offer, the home is well stocked and has an amazing Mountain View! Would absolutely return!

This is a well maintained and comfortable condo in a very convenient location. Great views and the condo has everything you would ever need - from the kitchen to the bedroom. The host was very helpful. Highly recommended!!

We had a great time exploring the Lake Placid area and this was the perfect condo for our group of 3 adults to stay in. The condo is well kept and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is private (with a gorgeous view!) and quiet but still within walking distance to town. We would definitely stay again!

Property was clean and conveniently located. We had a problem with the washing machine and the owner quickly resolved the issue.

I only gave this condo a 4 star on the cleanliness because I never give a 5 unless it's especially clean. This condo was a great place to stay and I'd return here again if visiting Lake Placid again, and we may come again for the Triathlon. Zuzana was especially great to work with as she communicated very well and made our stay feel special. The location of the property was awesome as it was close enough to walk to downtown in 5 minutes.
