Te sentirás como en casa en esta espaciosa casa de 3 habitaciones ubicada en el lado norte de Indy. La casa fue completamente renovada de arriba a abajo en 2016 y no se dejó ningún detalle desatendido. La casa cuenta con una gran cocina con una isla de gran tamaño con capacidad para 6 personas, un enfriador de bebidas debajo del mostrador y mucho espacio en el mostrador. Un montón de utensilios de cocina de buena calidad, pequeños electrodomésticos, vajillas y piezas de servicio conforman una cocina sencilla en la que preparar comidas y entretener.
La cocina se abre a una gran sala familiar que lo convierte en un espacio realmente agradable; muy abierto y acogedor. Además del espacio de la cocina para comer, la casa cuenta con un comedor formal con capacidad para 8 personas. El comedor se abre a la sala de estar. Los espacios en esta casa son todos muy abiertos y bien equipados.
Las tres habitaciones cuentan con camas súper cómodas y espacios privados. Además de las habitaciones, un sofá de la habitación familiar tiene una cama tamaño queen.
El espacio al aire libre cuenta con un área de patios cubiertos, así como una cubierta grande alrededor de la cubierta. Una parrilla de carbón se proporciona para su uso.

Great location and wonderful home for those visiting the Indianapolis area. We were in town to visit family in the area and this was a great rental for both the adults and the kids. The house had great amenities and the kids loved the back yard. The owner was excellent and made sure our whole stay was great.

Property was just as described, but much better. Beautiful home in quiet safe neighborhood. Easy access to highway. 20 mins north of downtown. Perfect for visiting downtown Indy. Owner was amazing, and communication was perfect. Highly recommend!

Everything was A++++!! Wish we could have stayed longer. The home is nicer than what the pictures show (unlike other homes we’ve stayed at where pics are nice but when you arrive the property does correspond). Much love and care has been devoted to this property.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood
Multiple time renter. This was a good spot to rest and relax. Many conveniences (restaurants, grocery stores) nearby. Beautiful, spacious home. Owners are very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Really nice place
Feels right at home. Owners take a special interest in making it a pleasant stay. Very clean. May not be best place if you have a wild group, since the house is so nice and well-kept, and it’s in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space. No complaints, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great communication & beautiful home!!! SUPER comfortable beds!! I wish we would have had more time to just sit & relax and enjoy the home. The backyard was spacious & beautiful as well- but we were too busy to enjoy it.

Perfect Indianapolis Home
We took two of our grandchildren to visit Indianapolis and stayed at this property. The location was fabulous since it was a short drive to most of the activities we had on our itinerary. Ron and Randy were great hosts. They even found a small screwdriver to help our grandson open the battery door to a toy he'd bought at the Children's Museum. I loved looking at the birds in the beautifully landscaped back yard as they came to visit the many little bird feeders located on the property. We enjoyed this vacation home very much.

Exceptionally nice
The home was very nice and clean. The owners were easy to work with and provided some unexpected amenities. It is in a nice location close to the city. I can't recommend this home enough. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Awesome rental in Indy
Had a wonderful stay at this Indianapolis property. Our hosts were very welcoming and the communication process is a breeze. The property is lovely and has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Also, it is spotlessly clean!!! Conveniently located to many Indy attractions and the northern suburbs. Pictures don't do it justice
House felt much bigger than we expected. Impeccably clean. Not more than 25 minutes from anything, 10 minutes from most. Yard was an oasis! Bedding was top notch, though bed was a bit hard for my taste. Certainly a place we'll visit again.

This house was immaculately clean, well-appointed with furnishings and kitchen utensils, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The hosts were gracious, flexible, and easy to communicate with. It was a great location for us, in walking distance to synagogues and inside the eruv.

Perfect!
The house was exactly as described. Ron was so easy to get into contact with, and his flexibility was exactly what we needed. We were able to add a day onto our reservation with no problem at all. The house is perfect for our group of 6 to relax and visit while in town for the Indy 500. The back porch and the wonderful back yard were something we got a lot of pleasure from, as we sat out and grilled on the charcoal bbq. Thanks so much for the escape from the Texas heat!

Pleasant with all the comforts of home
This home is a wonderful break from the confines of a hotel room! Welcoming & lovey with lots of space to relax and unwind after a busy day in Indy. If you have a student at Butler this is also a great option since it is nearby and a nice spot to gather as a family and reconnect. If your looking to have a rowdy party this is not the place. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of room. We spent a weekend here in February so not able to use the backyard but it is another nice touch especially for those planning a trip during warmer weather. Ron & Randy made sure we had all the instructions we needed and they provided contact information if there were any issues. Highly reccomend!

It was wonderful!
What a wonderful house. We met friends for a weekend visit and it was perfect. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It is close to many restaurants and shopping. The hosts were great and so delightful to visit with. I would highly recommend this property.
