We decided last minute to do a overnight stay before summer is over and vrbo came thru for us on this lovely condo centered in Myrtle Beach. The room was very clean, had a balcony view of the beach and wonderful decorations. Our only issue was that gps mapped us to north Myrtle beach instead of just myrtle beach. I called atood though and he helped out immediately.

A few friends and I stayed at the condo along with two 6 year olds for a few days. Everything was wonderful! The condo was clean and well decorated, the bed and pillows were super comfy, netflix worked seamlessly on the tv, and the kitchen was well stocked. We ate all of our meals at the condo and found everything we needed to cook and eat our meals with. I wish there would have been one more dish towel but that's literally the only thing I wanted for. The balcony was great, the view was great, and beach access literally couldn't be any easier. There were 2 beach chairs and a beach buggy in the condo which was a nice surprise. The ocean was crazy during our stay so we spent a lot of time at the pool and relaxing on the green behind the building. Parking was easy, and we never had to wait long for an elevator. The facility itself was clean and quiet. The location in general was also nice. It's at the south end of myrtle beach, which is more quiet and less crowded than the north side. Convenient to mini golf, shopping, grocery stores. 100% would stay here again!

Very well maintained home with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Great for a short trip for a family of four.

Condo was as described, very happy with our stay

Our experience was indeed perfect. The location, accommodations and cleanliness were exactly as described. The communication before and during our stay was Todd was timely, professional and informative. It felt like home to us. The only thing that could use attention is the elevator upkeep. They were smelly and the rugs in each elevator need replacing. Since the owner doesn’t have direct control of the condition of the elevators, I didn’t let that reflect in my ratings.

We had a good visit to MB! This was a family trip for us. The condo was very clean, except the floors. The carpets needed to be cleaned badly and the tile was sticky. The beds were very comfortable! The bedding was nice, the decor as well. The condo provided everything we needed. Very well equipped. The pictures and description were very accurate and we were overall super happy!! The condo was a side view but you could see the beach very well and it’s an oceanfront property. The washer/dryer was a huge help. The living room space is small but we were busy at the beach so that didn’t bother us. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location on the south end of Myrtle Beach. More family oriented and quieter. Nice to wake up to the ocean breezes and sounds of the waves.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was a great location and was everything we wanted. Our grandkids throughly enjoyed the beach and the pool area. The kitchen had all the utensils and supplies needed.

This place was just what our family needed! Clean, comfortable and excellent access to the beach! Highly recommend.

My family just got back from a wknd trip to Myrtle Beach. The condo was exactly as pictured. Could use a few updates but overall very nice. The condo was also very clean (in fact you could smell the cleanliness!). The view from the condo was amazing, however, the location of the condo in Myrtle beach wasn’t the best in my opinion. A lot of homeless people walking the streets and others looking paranoid and under the influence of something. Was also nice having an indoor heated pool on site (esp since the weather was crummy 1 day). The kids really enjoyed that. The check in process was a tad frustrating. Todd confirmed we could check in early and that our room was ready however when we arrived the woman at check in said she didn’t have the keys to our condo and that we had to contact the property manager. Todd answered his phone and came by straighten out the situation (the check in person was looking up the wrong room). Thankfully Todd was available or we would have been twiddling our thumbs waiting for keys that had been turned in hours ago by the cleaners. Also wish we could have checked out later. We asked about it but were told we couldn’t since someone was checking in after us. Totally understandable, however the cleaners have a 6 hour time frame to clean the room. We had to run the dishwasher, empty the trash and get the dirty towels together before leaving so it would have been great to check out at 11 or 12 instead.

We loved the view!!! Perfect for my mini family vacation! Definitely stay again!

The condo was great. It looked exactly like the pictures. We were a little leary at check-in though. The lobby was dated and it didn't smell or feel fresh. The only real issue we had was that I had communicated to the owner that I was renting the condo for my mother & her friends. At check-in, the desk clerk demanded MY ID and credit card. (Keep in mind, the condo was already paid in full.) My mother called me in a panic. Luckily my husband & I just happened to be staying at another condo down the street. What if I wasn't in town? Would my mother and her 70 year old friends be out on the street? From the way the desk clerk ranted, they sure would have. After, I arrived the clerk appeared to settle down. Once my mom & her friends got past that excapade, they truly enjoyed themselves. The condo was lovely and EXACTLY as described by the photos. My mom & her friends ended up having a great time.

The condo was clean,nice, and over all amazing todd checked on us and made sure everything was good the view was amazing i give this place a 5 star the only bad thing was the parking garage exit it was a deep drop down in it and it could damage your car but everything else was good

This home away from home condo was absolutely beautiful. Perfect location, 5 minute drive from the airport! Stunning view off the balcony. Beds were comfortable, condo was spotlessly cleaned. Thank you for allowing us to share your home!

Our only minimal complaint was the washer needs some repairs but otherwise we were very happy.

We loved the location, the property, the proximity to beach! A great weekend. The only negative is the living room area is very small and the couch was very small so spending time together in the evening was difficult. Bedrooms were large and we had a great time.

This is a cute condo with everything needed to relax and soak up some sun and sit by the pool. Great location! Very clean and decorated well. Hope to be back again soon!

I rented this condo for a short visit to Myrtle Beach for Fall Break. It was our first visit here and we loved every second of it. Check in was super easy. The building was very nice. It’s set up similar to a hotel, but with condos instead. The condo itself was very nice. Exactly as pictured on VRBO. The view from the balcony is much better than it appears in the photos. It was nice that there were beach chairs and an umbrella available to use. The kitchen was functional, however, I would suggest adding a few items. Mainly, bakeware. There was only a single baking sheet which made meal prep a bit challenging at times. I would also suggest adding a pizza pan and some wire whisks. The beds were fairly comfortable. More firm than I prefer, but better than some I’ve had in the past. Overall, this was a great condo. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat and our boys LOVED the indoor pool area with the lazy River. We enjoyed the hot tub every night we were there. We will definitely book this unit again for our next visit to Myrtle Beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This condo was the perfect place to stay. It’s very clean and updated, and had everything we needed to cook. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and having easy access to the beach. The views were great, and listening to the ocean was so soothing. The building was quiet (both day and night). There was ample parking in the gated parking garage. We can’t wait to come back.

The location is close to the airport which is convenient for those traveling by air. Throughout the week I did not hear airport noise and only saw two planes. There is easy access to the beach along with an indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river and hot tub. Great location to kick back and relax.

The condo was spotless and clean-smelling and comfortable. Just walk outside and you're on the ocean. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella (wish I had know ahead of time as I brought mine). Manager/owner was very accommodating, as half of our group were arriving much earlier by plane; airport is only 1 mile away which is a convenient location for out-of-state travelers. Great view from the balcony. If you come in Sept., time it for the Shriner's Parade which we watched from the balcony. It was a parade like no-other! I would come again and heartily recommend it to others!

We had such a great stay - this condo was so nice and included all the special touches that you don’t realize until it’s time to need or use something, such as dish soap, detergent, etc. It may sound funny, but we have stayed in places that didn’t even provide toilet paper. :) Todd was extremely communicative and responsive - he was great to deal with! The location was very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc, however, seemed a little “shady” at times. Ha ha. But, we reviewed at 5 stars because the condo was great, the owner was great and it was an amazing location from the beach/ocean…literally a few steps out the back!! We would definitely stay there again!

What a lovely property! First, Vitamin Sea Properties is extremely professional and communicative. I loved the decor and the nice touches like hand soap, a few tide pods, a nice sized cooler to take to the beach, a decent knife set and fabulous pots/pans made all the difference. If I had one thing that caught me off guard, it was the size of the living room. It was very well decorated and staged. It’s just on the smaller side. I would rent this place again and again!

It was easy from start to finish I am very pleased to have met the owner and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Will always book this resort in the future when going to Myrtle Beach. Thank you Todd and it was a pleasure to meet you.
