The location is good as it is just a few mins walk from the waterfront! the staff was really nice as well and the bedroom clean too!
The only issue is the water pump. So anytime you need to use the water, you need to notify the staff for them to activate the pump!

And there is alarm sound can hear coming from the lobby, from 2am, 3am, 4am… which really disturbing the sleep

The location is superb. Near the market and all the amenities u needed while u travelling.
Just down stairs and u can easily find foods and near the supermarket to.
Too many stray dogs, and child beggars sometimes they can be very pushy asking u for money.
Need to be extra careful.

The room was clean..but no waterrrrrrrr...no solution given by management..no discount also.. 1st and last for this hotel

i like the bed, nice comfort and it's not normal bed. Staff is nice and good servicing, Mr. Lai as supervisor long to tell me the special in Semporna. Nearby wet market, jetty. There is nearby supermarket and pharmacy. Super convenient

- The bathroom is big / spacious.. really like the bathroom

- the bathrom design is nice
- water heater in bathroom is functioning well, good water pressure..
-When we first entered the room, the toilet bowl was very dirty, got tissues & very yellow, the small towel also dirty, got brown stained, i think the houskeeper forgot to clean the bathroom.. i doubt the bedding set is clean or not..
-Faucet on the sink - the water are very slow (thank god it still has another faucet at the bottom of the sink)
-The day we checked out, the hose beside the toilet bowl not functioning.
-it has a balcony, but cannot use because a lot of birds poop..

SeaFood restaurant just a walking distant, hypermarket & small local market
There is alot of non-local kids & adult plastering around the area asking for money, food....ah no pork serve in semporna
