Very clean and updated. I always look for a beach house that doesn't require crossing a busy road to get to the sand and this one was perfect, maybe 50 yards to the sand? Pretty much as per listing and looks like the pictures. Parking space fit our Ford Expedition. Only complaint would have been the slow and sometimes non-existent internet, could just need a re-boot but we didn't need it enough to ask. Kitchen had everything we needed. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Overall, one of the best beach houses I've ever booked.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. 1 minute walk to the beach with grocery store and restaurants a short distance away. Perfect for kids, families and friends. The management was available for questions and responded quickly to an urgent matter. We were so appreciative for the kindness and urgency of our needs. We plan to be back to this property.

We absolutely loved our stay in this fabulous beach house. The location is unbeatable. You could hear the waves crashing in your sleep and walk ability superb. The home itself was low maintenance and very clean with an open kitchen and tons of natural light. Incredible patio for gathering with family and very friendly neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this beach home!

We found the property to be exactly as presented on the VRBO website. Check-in process was clear, concise, and easy to accomplish. Glad there was garage parking. Unit was very clean and the amenities provided were as promised. Suggest maybe some instructions or clarifications regarding use of the TV streaming services. Do you use your personal accounts, etc? Bed and furniture was all comfortable. Proximity to the beach/sand was superb. Being able to walk to stores and eateries a plus too. No noise issues. Neighborhood was quiet and folks were respectful. We had a great time and looking forward to a returen visit in the future.

We stayed during Labor Day weekend and it was great! The house has an open floor plan with the kitchen and family room. The open patio is a great area during the evening time. 35th street was a fun place to be with a lot of action but it did quiet down at night which was nice. Walking distance of Gina's pizza, Chipotle, Von's, and some taco place which was convenient. Parking was difficult so it was great to park the car and leave it. This house just has the basics so make sure to bring your own nonstick spray, salt/pepper, aluminum foil. It was well stocked with pots/pans/cutting boards/even a pancake grill! It did get warm but there were fans in every room which helped move the air around. There were enough towels which was great! I would definitely not hesitate to rent his house again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean and the location is excellent. Only downfall with staying this close to the beach is parking. Even though there is a parking spot we could not park our F150 truck in the spot provided. We arrived on a Sunday and had to drive around for at least 45 minutes to find a parking spot. Week days we could park in front of the VRBO.

Property manager office why? Place was GREAT!!!
Didn’t like how I had to go to the property managers office and wait until exactly 3pm so they could hand me a paper with the key code for the door. If they wanted me to get in right at 3pm maybe email or text me the code right at 3pm? Instead I waited and was in after 3pm because of driving and parking.
That being said, the place was GREAT!

Fantastic Property
We have been vacationing in Newport Beach twice a year for the past 15 years. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed in. Great location, lots of room, clean and updated. Beachview realty made sure everything was perfect. Easy check-in and out. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location
My family and I had a great time! The house is the perfect location - less than one block from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Street was quiet and everyone was very friendly. The only challenging part was the car situation. I have an oversized SUV and it would not fit in the carport. So instead of being able to park at the house, I had to run around each day and move my car to different streets and parking meters. Street sweepers come often so you also have to pay attention to that if you park in the street. I got a $60 parking ticket on the first day. Otherwise, this house and location was great. I will definitely visit again in the future :)

The property is exceptional...the location is ideal. The only challenge was the WiFi. and while i understand that a non functioning WiFi is not an emergency, when it compromises all of your elecdtronics, it can create a huge adversity. Please look into change passwords or??? I would stay here again!

We loved the condo and our stay in Newport Beach! There were a couple of things that weren't working properly but we told the office and they were repaired quickly. the condo was super nice, very spacious and comfortable. The location was amazing. The beach is at the end of the street and we loved driving down the peninsula also. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful but too short vacation
The property was comfortable from every detail. The short walk to the beach and dining was convenient. We met our neighbors and they were hospitible and helpful with dining recomendations. The Rusty Pelican is a must. Be sure to try the Steak Cut Calamari, best i ever had
