The communication with Elliot and Lori (Owners) was fabulous. Elliot was texting us a couple of days before our arrival and sent us a Greeting email with the rules of the house and things we needed to know. We met Lori before check-in and she showed us around the house. They told us to feel free to text them if we needed anything.
We came in from Alaska for a huge family reunion. We had family from Michigan who also stayed at the house. It was mid-June so the temps were in the triple digits between 105-115 degs the whole week. For us Northern folks this was extremely hot. The thermostats were locked to go no lower than 75degs. This wasn't a problem for the main house or the basement but the back bedrooms were hot. There are spare floor fans for each bedroom which helped a little. The Master Bedroom is by far the hottest room in the house. I would have rated 4 stars for this reason but the rest of the house and amenities made up for the 5-star rating. The game room in the basement was enjoyed by everyone. We spent most of the time in the pool area which was refreshing due to the high temps. However, we did have to skim the pool often due to the vegetation around the pool being so close. This was not a big deal.
The house had stuff for babies like booster chairs, pack-and-plays, and floaties for the pool. This was a big plus as we had a one year and a four month old in our group.
Overall I would recommend the place as everyone enjoyed their stay and would stay here again.

This house was perfect and spacious for our big family that was in town to attend a graduation. Everything was so clean-I’m a neat/clean freak so this is a big one for me! The pool and hot tub were nice and clean and the teenagers loved the basement with all of the games. Hosts were very attentive and kind. We will definitely utilize this VRBO again, highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The owners were very attentive and available for any questions or concerns. The house was beautiful and very roomy. The area was a beautiful save area close to a lot of amenities. We would stay there again in the future for sure.

We rented the house for a family wedding in the area. From the first contact with Elliott through the end of our visit the experience was above and beyond our expectations. He was very responsive to any questions and extremely accommodating to our requests. We were so pleased to have found this property.
The house was fantastic and could hold our large group. There are many stores and restaurants convenient to the house so we did not need to travel far.
The bedrooms were a great size and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed for our stay.
The outdoor space was great!! We took advantage of the pool and grill.
We can’t thank Elliott enough for his responsiveness and flexibility to meet our special requests. We will be back again when we are in the area.

We loved everything about this home. First of all very spacious and lots of room for our family of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The main reason we booked this home was because it had a locked gate to the pool, which was very important to us. The pool was our home for the majority of the 7 days we were there and it did not disappoint. Location was excellent for everything from groceries to shopping to restaurants. The home also had everything we needed for the grand kids. Strollers, pack n plays, highchair, and a basement full of many toys for the little kids and big kids! Loved our stay! Thank you.

Our group was comprised of 9 adults (friends/family) staying for a week. It was a perfect location for catching Spring Training baseball games, as well as venturing out on day-trips to Montezuma’s Castle & Well, and to Scottsdale. We loved the indoor & outdoor areas where some of us enjoyed the pool/hot tub, worked on a puzzle, played games, watched TV, or just curled up & read a book. The homeowners were very accommodating & communication was quick & easy. All of us give this place a triple thumbs-up!

Communication with the host was excellent, they were very accommodating with any requests. Nice neighborhood and close to anything we needed to get to. I prefer a softer bed and the beds were very firm so I didn't sleep well, but each room offered lots of space regardless of the room you picked.

This house exceeded our needs! We enjoyed the basement, backyard, grill area, etc! Lori met us upon arrival for a quick tour and offered some local dining and shopping options and Elliot was always there to answer questions from the start! Will stay again!

The home was spotless, and the neighborhood was very upscale with every restaurant and store nearby that you could think of. The owners were very responsive over the few small things we needed help with. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of linen was provided even pool towels.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. The hosts furnished it with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Baby items such as highchairs, walker, gate, and Pack N Play's were so helpful! They also had some fun pool toys for the kids and our grandkids loved them. We really enjoyed our stay in Peoria. Our hosts, Elliot and Lori, were so responsive and helpful. We would definitely love to visit this home again! :)

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location between my family’s who live in Peoria. Almost everything we needed was already there. They had pool toys, anything needed for cooking including spices, oils and more. The accommodations were very clean and organized. Both Elliot and Lori were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again we were very happy.

Stayed here for a quick trip to phoenix to see Metallica... Couldn't be happier with the stay. The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and gameroom were awesome to have! Would definitely stay here again!!!

The property went beyond expectations. The house was clean and stocked. Owners were responsive and helpful. Pool was a highlight and our swimmers were thrilled with the depth. The bonus space in the basement with various games was the cherry on top of a great experience. Not only would I recommend, but we would love to return and stay again.

My husband, our dog, and I stayed for 15 days here. Our friends stayed only 7 days. Our stay overall was great! But we are perfectionists, so the only things that we would critique are the flower bush/tree by the pool is beautiful but throws so much into the pool! We got a taste of the upkeep of the pool to say the least.
The master bedroom is spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed could've been a bit more comfortable but we are spoiled at home- so it wasn't terrible. The master has doors that allow pool access, its wonderful but its very hard to sleep in at all in that room- could've killed for some blackout curtains! As well as that room got too warm for us, the thermostat is locked to not go under 73, which we found to be too warm in our room.
There are quite a few little stairs or steps around the property they can be a little hard to see, I know I bit it once- watch your step!
We also had a bit of a trouble with one of the ceiling fans, it was a little testy not wanting to come on, go off, or switch speeds by remote. Lastly, we are Washingtonians and we are not use to large bugs, and we did deal with 2 decent sized cockroaches inside and one in garage! But that has been true anywhere it's warm and sunny!
To summarize, beautiful, secluded though not remote, wonderfully large pool, tons of entertainment options, very responsive hosts, the drawbacks were few but listed above. We would return.

Our stay was a spring break vacation with two families. Four adults and six kids. The house was amazing! So much to do - wonderful kitchen, awesome game room, and amazing pool and hot tub. Picking fruit from the fruit trees in the backyard and the driveway basketball tournaments were great fun, too. We felt like we were staying at a palace! Zero complaints. A hidden gem in the Valley. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and look forward to making a return reservation!

11 of us stayed in the house including 4 kids ages 4-7 and was amazing! Owner worked extra hard to get pool swimmable even in cold weather and game room in basement was great for everyone! Tons of fresh fruit from trees, comfortable beds, very clean pool and hot tub, will be back again next year for spring training!

The property was excellent for our family gathering. The hosts even had a Christmas tree set up and decorated for us. The game room was a hit with my grandchildren. We enjoyed the fresh fruit from the trees in the yard.

We had an amazing & relaxing stay. Beautiful home and pool, great neighborhood, and since we stayed over Halloween, the kids were even able to trick or treat in the neighborhood. The home had so much to offer for us and the kids, with lots of room and things to do. We loved our stay here and hope to stay again the next time we come to Phoenix.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions. It is a large house with plenty of room for a family vacation. We had our two adult children and their spouses and our 3
Year old granddaughter with us . It’s a great location with grocery stores only 5 mins or so away. The house has everything you could possibly need. Pool was amazing! We would definitely rent again!

The house was clean, beautiful and great location. The hosts are by far the best I have ever dealt with. They were very kind and great communicators. The owner came over during our stay to spend hours vacuuming the pool after a storm just to ensure we could use the pool on our last day. They went above and beyond. The house was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend a stay here.

There are plenty of bedrooms for our large family, they had air mattresses, baby beds, and more as well. The downstairs game room is a perfect spot to just hang out and let the kids enjoy their time together. There’s plenty of spots to just hang out in the house and we really enjoyed our time there. We had events in Phoenix, but I would absolutely make the drive to stay here again.

What a lovely home …..
This is a beautifully spacious home for a family or two to share and enjoy. Very well equipped with a large game room and lovely pool and spa ! You can even pick your own oranges ! The pictures tell the story ! The homeowners - Elliott and Lori are wonderful to work with as well! Thank you for providing such a lovely place for us to enjoy during my daughters wedding weekend !

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was very well kept, and super clean. Plenty of room for a large group. The location of the house couldn’t be beat. Easy access to highways, and close to stores and restaurants. The owners were very welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!
