We went for the TT races, so the atmosphere was great. The 'pods' were actually better than I expected in themselves

The staff, one in particular, were very unhelpful and rude. We had travelled all day and all night and were greeted with a 'you're a pain to me' type of attitude. When we arrived, we were starving and weren't allowed any food apart from some plain white toast because our B&B didn't actually kick in until 3pm that day (we arrived at 6am after travelling all day and night with no sleep), even though we were leaving before our last day's breakfast would have been served. When asking if we could get our belongings out of the luggage storage area so we could finally check in and get some rest, the staff member complained that she isn't even meant to be working anymore. Also, the company were promoting and selling trips and deals. We bought one but when we asked how we get there - they had no idea and we had to work it out ourselves. You'd think this would be easy (we're seasoned travellers), but you'd expect that after buying a 'VIP Trip', they'd at least either get you there or be able to tell you how to!

Price of accomadation was a bit high, but were expected due to previous accomadation being cancelled.

The TV was unwatchable due to lagging picture. When you have watched the live racing you expect to be able to watch the racing highlights later that day.

The whole set up of it was really good you have your own space yet you sort of stay in a street where you meet new people everyday, staff were brilliant with any questions and they are all so friendly, it is a good stay for anyone also children as mine was with me and everyone treated us as if they had know both of us for ages. Cant wait to go back next year
