Terrific central location, comfortable beds.

The shower does not drain properly. There is no drain on the bathroom floor nor a mop to clean up the overflow. Limited supplies of toilet paper, washing powder and dishwashing sachets etc (a single item in several cases).

Ljubljana is an exceptional city and the location is wonderful for exploring it. The neighbourhood is beautiful, serene and historic. Easy to access and enjoy all the sights and surrounded by options for good dining.

A problem occurred on the evening of arrival. The response by the host was inappropriate and cost us an eagerly anticipated and prepared dinner reservation at the Ljubljana castle. The event spoilt our first night in the city.

Great location, very clean appartment, kind host, quiet neighborhood, superb surroundings! visiting Ljubljana has been a wonderful surprise!

Minor glitch: Shower requires some technical attention.

The apartment is located right in the city center. It provides everything you need for a short stay. We fit in perfectly as a group of four adults. Janja was really sweet and helpful, she provides us with all the information. There are also board game too! Super cool!

The heating didn't work properly in the pink bedroom. It was quite cold in there, although we switched the heating on. The temperature was fine in the other rooms.

The Host Janja was very kind and supportive, she handed over the key & explained all the details about the parking and entrance. we forgot two devices and as soon i contacted her she informed the cleaner that i will come to collect the items. Property location was central 10 mints walk to all attraction.

The property is nice and maintained well however its good for 3 or max 4 adults as the room size is small with one bathroom. Bathroom didn't have a lock and that was not really convenient

Janja was very nice, the apartment was cozy and everything was new. The location was superb.

The location was great - mins walk from the centre, the host reached out to us and check in was easy, the apartment is decorated nicely… but!

- furniture is low quality… especially the dining room chairs and uncomfortable beds. The sofa/couch is the only thing that is of good quality in the apartment. - While the surfaces were clean for the most part the kitchen was dirty (greasy and things were unwashed - like the oven tray, stove and oil containers); the master bedroom sheets had stains on them). This really was a downer. - The beds are double/queen size at best and one of us slept on the couch. - The duvet and pillow covers were really rough to the touch and low quality. - shower pressure is really low and the space is really tight. warm water at best… no hot water. - if you arrive by car on the weekend, you are better off getting free parking outside the property. We got charged a surprise charge of 15 euros per day to park the car which we had to pay in cash when we checked in. Parking is free on the street on the weekend. I wish the host had told us that or at least told us that we had to pay for parking. - no locks on the bathroom door. The host explained that it was because of an accident that had happened prior but there are locks available in the market that can be unlocked with „coins“ from the outside. Anyhow, this place is great if all you want to do is spend time in the centre and are having a hen-do or stag vacation etc. We as a family are perhaps not the target demographic. I’ve stayed in better properties for 200 euros a night. I just didn’t feel like there was value there. I am quite surprised by the high ratings this property has. Host is nice, she got in touch with me beforehand and coordinated check-in and we didn’t wait at any time - I appreciate that. This place has so much potential and I wish the host would invest a little back into the property and fix things up and make sure the place is sparkling clean for the guests. I notified the host of all of the above problems during the stay. She said she was sad and that she had no words.. but not a sorry in sight. oh well!
