Se trata de un piso de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños recientemente renovado, espacioso piso situado en la hermosa comunidad cerrada Solana que se encuentra en la frontera de Gilbert / Mesa.
Relájese y disfrute de esta unidad de concepto abierto. El salón tiene un sofá, asiento de amor y un 50 "televisión inteligente con cable y wi fi. Prepare sus propias excelentes comidas, deliciosos postres y bebidas fabulosas en una cocina bien surtida.
Master suite está decorado con una cama queen size, 32 "televisión inteligente y walk in closet. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales, dos grandes armarios con un montón de espacio. Ambos dormitorios tienen baño propio de 3 piezas que hacen que prepararse en la mañana fácil. También hay una lavadora y secadora en la suite, así que no hay que preocuparse de quedarse sin ropa.

Would definitely book here again. Great location. Great amenities. Condo was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Pool was really nice as well as gym and games room. Lots of restaurants nearby. We will be back !

We came for a gymnastics meet. Our stay was great. Close to the grocery store, and our venue. We had plenty of room for our family of four. We spent days at the pool with friends. This was a comfortable home away from home. We had a little glitch with the water heater but the property owner was easy to reach and we came up with a quick solution.

Pool and hot tub are directly across the road. We were impressed with the warm pool and hot tub. Condo worked great. Easy access and better than a hotel for a family of four. Nice area with plenty of entertainment and eating options with in 15 minutes.

Fabulous condo and great location for our stay. Conveniently located for golf, hiking, dining and shopping. The condo was clean and upscale, in close proximity to the pool and fitness center.

Pool had been drained right before we arrived and refilled so too cold to swim
Grilling area needed a good cleaning but grille worked fine would recommend for anyone - huge benefit an end unit and ground level and gated community

Great location and fully stocked condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The condo is very close to the heated pool, which we used every day. The owner was fantastic and communication was smooth. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This unit was perfect for us (grandparents and 2 grandkids). Nice to have room to spread out and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking stuff and small appliances.
Owner was great to work with. Great communication.

Condo was clean and had everything needed for a week stay. Location is excellent, close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Property quit and peaceful. Amenities were excellent and convenient to access. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo was the perfect size and location for us! Kevin was very accommodating, great about helping us out with any questions or concerns, and always quick to get back to us. Property was clean and pictures accurately reflect how it looks. Beds were comfortable with spare blankets. We were here for a work event and didn’t cook but the pots and pans appeared to be of good quality. I did notice there is not a garbage disposal in the kitchen.
We were traveling with a dog and there is plenty of grass and sidewalks to stroll around and be comfortable without leaving the complex. The neighborhood dogs seem to be friendly.

Comfortable home for a relocating professional
The moment I stepped into this home I felt calm and relaxed. It is clean, well laud out, and well furnished. It was like stepping into a home I was used to. I had just closed the sale on one home and was one day away from closing the purchase of my home two miles away from this property. I planned to stay here while my new home was being renovated. Then my new employer notified me that I would be working from home for a few weeks. This home turned into our oasis through all of the chaos and stress of renovation issues and time table slips, and through the process of working from home as my workplace is being constructed. The wifi is great, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom fixtures are what I would love to have in my own home. I am two miles from my new home, 15 minutes from my new office when it is ready, and a block from a huge Fry’s grocery store. Thai Chili restaurant is very good and nearby, and Rudy’s BBQ is DEEELICOUS and also just about a block away. Plus this kitchen is well appointed when you just don’t have the energy to go out. It’s easy to get onto the 60 from here, so that’s great, too. Plus this condo is near the gym and pool, so the location within the development is wonderful in itself. And the development is very dog friendly. Five stars.

We had a relaxing time. The condo was well appointed. Enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to our request to deal with bbq issues. Would stay again
