Estaba un poco lejos pero bien comunicado con un metro y la decoración tenia muy poco gusto

Struttura piccola ma molto accogliente e lo staff è disponibile e gentile. Dista qualche minuto a piedi dalla fermata M4 della metro che collega direttamente con il centro. È disponibile un’area comune con distributori automatici nel caso si abbia bisogno. Camera spaziosa, letto comodo. Molto gradita la possibilità di deposito bagagli in struttura.

Da rivedere le chiavi delle porte delle camere. Consiglio di mettere fuori il cartello “non disturbare” per evitare inconvenienti. Questo perché una sera, quando eravamo in camera, una ragazza, non ricordando esattamente la posizione della sua stanza, è entrata nella nostra con la sua chiave, che teoricamente avrebbe dovuto aprire solo la sua camera. A parte questo tutto bene

Nice location close to the airport and public transport. Kind personnel and it was very clean. It's a bit weird, but that's the charm.

The bed was very old and very shaky. It wasn't comfortable. Unfortunately, there were construction works next to the hotel which started early.

Location and access to Metro.was v.good. Priivate parking (chargeable) was useful. It put our mind at ease as we spent 4 days in and out using metro to travel.

Some minor issues.. I.think we had mosquitoes in the room.on first night.. and 2nd night we had a water leak from AC condensation.

The team, The hospitality, The help that one gets from the team, cleanliness, location (although bit far from the centre but very quiet). I stayed for a few nights at this place. Although my request for an early check-in wasn't possible to fulfill for a good reason, I was able to check in still earlier than the usual check in time, after I reached the place in quite bad shape (caught in heavy rain and thunderstorm). If you are arriving via the Linate airport, this will be a perfect place to reach. The team: Davide, Mark were really helpful all the time and tried their best to resolve the WiFi issue. The young lady (daughter of the owner, I won't take her name for privacy) is such a wonderful person and was extremely helpful and nice to me and explained everything with such patience and care. I was really surprised at her professionalism at this young age. I can only wish her all the very best and may she achieve everything that she wants in her life. Overall, I really liked the place and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Milan for a short stay.

Nothing major. Just the internet was down for a couple of days but the team tried their best and fixed it. We all need to be understanding and patient at times. I have no reasons to complain about that.

The room was comfortable and the area is peaceful. Easy to travel from as there is the M4 line and forlanini stations close by as well as bus and tram stops.

We constantly had a smell of tobacco and smoking coming into the room.

The guest house is clean, well kept and the facilities were great. The staff is super friendly and the girl at the reception even helped me and my friend recover a bag we lost on the train we took to arrive in Milan. There are train stations, metro stations, tram and bus stops nearby, which makes it very convenient to get around the city.

The only (slight) downside is the location - even though it's well connected with public transit, the Villa is still a bit far from the center. But then again, that shouldn't really be a problem for most people

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It wasn't comfortable. The location didn't have many things around it, very noisy and with thin walls. I missed a desk for work in the room. The bathroom drain was clogged and had to turn off the shower for the water to drain.

nice welcome from the receptionists, they also provided full and correct information about public transports to the airport for the following morning and carried my luggage upstairs to my room. This is not a given in a budget hotel like this one is. The location is perfect in case of an early flight from Linate airport, and it is very close to the new underground station and to the ring trains.

Staff is very friendly, everything is very clean. Location of hotel is 5 minutes away from tram and bus station. Very safe neighbourhood.

The water outlet of shower cabins is a little bit blocked. Sometimes You need to stop water during your bath and wait.

It was very nice but a little far. Even do the metro was near by and once you know it it was fast to get to the center.
