there was a big terrace, nice staff good neighborhood

it was very cold in the bathroom and overall in the whole room.

First of all they are great people. You feel very safe and like you are at home. Although they are not speaking english but If you move one step Italian they will help you . Hot water was on 24 hours and also wife was very good.

there was a bit noisy cause of the street, but not so bad.

Everything was clean. Very comfortable bed, hot shower, clean towels for everything. Nice view from the balcony. Good coffee.

The socket was only on one side of the bed, inconvenient when you have two phones. The light in the room turned on only near the bed

The bedsheets had stains and the floor was not cleaned properly. The pillows where like a rock but if it’s what you like then it’s oke. Then the biggest problem is that we where checking out at 12:00 normal like is written on their booking page but the day we where supposed to go, the cleaning lady came angry at our door at 11:00 that we had to leave the hotel in 5 minutes ( i was still sleeping) and so i had to tell her to wait at least 10 more minutes. This was the first time in years of bookings that something so rude happens to us. At least be nice about it don’t throw us out in our ‘pajamas’. so never again will i come here. And don’t expect any toilet paper in the room, Because there is non! only the bidet.

Nothing... This is the worst hotel ever I stayed in my life

First of all this hotel should remove from booking.com list... they don't know how to respect the customer... there is no place to sit even in the reception area.... they treat me as nothing... The old lady in the reception, she is very aragon.... she shouted me for my question... I feel very bad in this place 😞 Very very very old house showing as a hotel ... it is well organised cheating

Comfortable and clean bed. The staff was very friendly.

The street is too laut what makes it difficult to sleep and also the bathroom smelled like urine.

Shower cabin is very small not suitable for kids and the facilities and room is very old.
