Der sehr herzliche Gastgeber und die Hunde, die uns nachmittags/abends bei der Rückkehr vom Strand begrüßt haben. Fabrizio hat uns jeden Tag frische Brötchen geholt und man konnte sich an der Unterkunft auch Sonnenschirme usw. ausleihen.

the property is perfect, clean, in quite location, 10min from beautiful beach. everything is easily reachable by car. host is super friendly, and will help you with anything, the breakfast he prepared were amazing! highly recomended!

Good location for excursions. Possibility to sit outside on terrace/ garden and close to the sea. Clean rooms, free parking nearby and friendly owner.

The location was great as it was not touristic (still within reach of Cagliari), and the beach nearby was almost empty. Accommodation and service from the host were just fantastic. Breakfast is simple, yet you can choose what works for you. The host is accommodating with tips for your trips and offers plenty of valuable suggestions for enjoying your stay.

Fabrizio who is dealing with the breakfast is a friendly guy but the communication can be quite difficult as he doesn’t really understand english
You hear a lot of noise in the rooms coming from outside, as the door to the balcony is just a wooden door with no proper sound isolation like a window.
During our 3 night visit, the rooms weren’t cleaned once or new towels provided. At other B&Bs this was standard without even having to ask for it.
Constant WhatsApp messages / screenshots in Italian language from the management in addition to booking messages. Why writing on two channels when they don’t even read the booking answers?
most of the information was not relevant for us as we couldn’t translate the provided text screenshots of activities. Asking in advance would’ve been nice, before sending tons and tons of messages.
We’ve been to quite a few places in Sardinia and have definitely received better service for less money. Also in the busy tourist spots.

I highly recommend Villamarina! The rooms are very clean and modern. It’s close to Cagliari and a bus is running the whole day (bus station 2 minutes by walk). The beach is 3 minutes walk from the b&b and the property provides sunshades and beach chairs for free. The breakfast is excellent - you have a big choice (croissants every day fresh from the market, bread, fruits…). Laura and Fabrizio are wonderful, they give recommendations for trips, sightseeing or anything else you’d like to know.

Super and attentive hosts. Modern and complete inventory. Great breakfast. Good location for beach, city and airport.
The closest beach although beautiful is a little stoney. We recommend beach shoes for getting in and out of the water!

The room and the area was very clean and the host was very helpful. The room was not big, but enough for a couple of people. Shower was good too.
The host suggested some places to eat and made our stay welcomed.
Sea is nearby - 5 min walk to the beach. Beach itself looked good too!
Breakfast can be improved, now it had quite poor selection (no fresh bread or croissant). I liked the yogurt though. They are held in a shared kitchen on the ground floor and a kind of self -service. Which is fine, but unusual for me.
Apartment has complicated garbage system and you are expected to follow it.
Rooms are not sound proof, so all the noise outside in the house can be heard. Dogs outside were barking half of the night too :)
Room had several mosquitoes which also made our sleep complicated.
It is hard to find the apartment as it is not marked in anyway. You need to look on the gates for the number 42 and "ring" the lock.
Overall, we stayed only one night and arrived late, maybe that made the impressions to look more negative than they were, but I cannot recommend.

Wonderful place. Location is near to the beach (this beach is not so beautiful as Poetto, for example, but it’s very quiet place with few people). The room is very cute. Moreover breakfast is great. Nice owner who always gave us useful advices about life on Sardinia. We like everything. Thanks for our lovely staying.
