We had a wonderful 10 year anniversary and getaway here. The host Brian was so warm and kind and gave excellent directions for the house and surrounding area. We were able to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean
and saw so many stars at night. The sunsets were gorgeous. I highly recommend this house.
The ocean view was amazing! 10/10! Thank you, Brian for an unforgettable stay.

Had a fabulous week relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we, my daughter and I, needed for our stay. We absolutely will be coming back and have already begun thinking about when that will be. Brian was a wonderful host.
Having been in the area before, we brought grocery items we wanted to be sure we had, but were able to supplement other items at the Surf market. The Stewart Point Bakery is a good spot as well as the Upper Crust pizzeria.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house with the large grassy front yard and back decks. We were visited by deer and quail in the front and bunnies and jays in the back. We loved sitting on the platform on the bluff, watching sea lions and seabirds go by. The other houses on either side of the house are screened by trees/plants, so there is a sense of privacy on the decks. The highway is just one street over, close to be convenient but not obtrusive or loud. The house was comfortable with great art/decor and very clean but could have used sharper knives, microwavable containers, replacement frying pans (which were already on order by owner), and the opportunity to compost trash. The owner was very communicative, calling us the first night to welcome us, provide instructions, and offer us a gift certificate to a local restaurant, then checked in with us the next day. Although appreciated, we recommend providing updated written instructions as well due to the house's unique features (lighting, TV, washer/dryer, bidet, etc.). The shower, gas fireplace, and TV worked well. The laundry center was very appreciated, as we didn't have to pack as much on our trip. The property was just down the road from Gualala and Stewarts Point for restaurants, groceries, and gas station, and only an hour or less from Jenner/Bodega Bay, Salt Point Park/Kruse Rhododendron Reserve, and Fort Ross. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend the Indigo Tide beachouse in Sea Ranch to all.

This house is A+. It stands out because of the location/views, and because it's built with a personal touch and nice finishings -- a place where you'd actually want to live, not a typical rental home that is built to optimize profits. We will be back.

The home was amazing and had everything we needed! The beautiful photos were not only accurate but the home is even more impressive in person. We really enjoyed the huge deck, closeness to the ocean, and amazing views. The host was also great to deal with. A+ and 5 stars in every way.

Beautiful property and so serene and peaceful. Great place to get away and enjoy the amazing views and the sound of the waves crashing. You will not see another person during your stay and there’s nothing but birds, sea lions and whales in the water. It was our second stay and we were once again, very pleased.

Although not suitable for children, as it is on the edge of an ocean bluff, your adjacency to the ocean here is fabulous.
The house sits on one of the earliest developed lots in Sea Ranch which sets it apart from most properties that are available.
If you wish that you had bought property at Sea Ranch in the 1960s, this is the house for you.

This was our second stay at Indigo Tide and was just as fabulous as our first in 2020. Brian took very good care of us once again. This house is perfect for two couples and affords complete privacy but also has large shared spaces in the living area of the house and on the deck. It was our friends' first visit to the home and they loved it too. It was the perfect four-day getaway and is a great location for a fabulous meal at St. Orres and a delicious wine and small bites pairing at Fort Ross Winery.

We had an extremely stressful week leading up to this trip. This was the perfect stay for thoughtful reflection and planning. We saw whales and dolphins. Played pickleball and golf. We left renewed!

This beautiful house is situated in a beautiful spot just above the shore of the ocean, with waves swirling around rocks, birds soaring overhead, and sunsets glistening on the water. Although there are wonderful nearby places to explore, it was hard to tear ourselves away from this gorgeous space.

Indigo Tide was a perfect getaway from the city. The host was helpful and kind, making sure we were able to get the most of our stay. The home is well maintained, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a getaway. The view is absolutely incredible. My favorite part of our stay was enjoying sunset over the ocean from the hot tub. It was our first visit to Sea Ranch and I'm sure this property is one of the best in the area.

Brian maintains the property well. He puts great care into all the details that make for a wonderful stay. This was our second visit and the time went by too quickly. The home and location are simply magnificent. We rested, relaxed and soaked in all that Sea Ranch has to offer. We were sad to leave, but look forward to our next retreat at Indigo Tide.

person. The decor is perfect and THE VIEW is unbeatable. We came during king tides so the waves were massive. Drinking coffee on the deck while watching the ocean was our favorite part of the stay. Brian is a great host and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be planning another trip there soon!

The place was clean and the views were unbeatable. Brian was super kind and walked us through the property. Waking up to the view of the ocean and hearing the waves crash against the rocks were the highlight of the trip. The little bench overlooking the view was so perfect and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. I Would definitely come back, and recommend 10/10

The best stay ever. I’ve stayed in sea ranch before and this was by far the most amazing stay. Private and also two minutes away from walking trails along the coast. Brian called when we arrived and walked us through the property and was so great. Can’t wait to stay again.

Extraordinary Getaway
The location and view are perfect.. Brian was a great host. He called after we arrived and walked us through the property to ensure we were familiar with all of the amenities. Secluded and quiet. The views from inside the house and everywhere outside are beyond compare.

The house was wonderful and the views and bluff were amazing and even better than the photos! Brian was very helpful by calling us when we arrived and walking us through the house. I highly recommend this home to everyone!

Beautiful oceanfront location. Quiet side of Sea Ranch.
We saw dolphins, an osprey and what looked like a little river otter from the cliffside deck. Beautiful spot, perfect for two couples. Owner is super hospitable and helpful.
