Nuestro con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños condominio está amueblado con gusto y equipadas con todas las comodidades que usted espera. Ropa de cama, toallas de baño, utensilios y otros elementos esenciales se proporcionan de manera que sólo se puede hacer en su casa al momento de su llegada.
Este condominio ha sido recientemente renovado con tablones de madera en todo el condominio, encimeras de granito, una nueva cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal y nuevas cortinas y colchas. Dos de los baños están renovados con duchas de mármol.
Además de la playa, a pocos pasos de la construcción, se puede disfrutar de la piscina o cerca de tiendas, deportes acuáticos, o el golf en miniatura. Ser lo suficientemente cerca del centro de la ciudad permite un fácil acceso a algunos de los mejores restaurantes de la playa. Pero usted es lo suficientemente lejos de la ciudad para que su ruido nunca se escucha.

It was a great space with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Great lookout from the balcony. Only complaint for future reference nothing too bad, the dryer just took multiple times to get loads dry.

My family and I loved the accommodations as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The unit met all of our expectations by providing everything that we needed such as the kitchen being well stocked and plenty of towels. Having the washer and dryer provided an even extra comfort of home. The location was very close to resturants and shopping. It was awesome being able to walk directly out to the beach and always having a good spot to sit and look out at the gulf. Being on the top floor allowed us the ability to look up and down the beach and view way out in the gulf. I recommend anyone looking for a great stay to seriously consider staying here and just begin relaxing.

We had a blast! The condo was amazing and right on the beach. We originally had a group of 8 and at the time of the trip only 6 of us made it. Although 6 people fit just right there was a pull out that we didn't end up using, so definitely enough places to sleep 8!

It was a crazy windy red and double red flag week. Since we couldn’t enjoy the ocean we enjoyed the pool a lot. Since the beach is so close we could hear and see the ocean almost like being on the beach. The kitchen is well stocked which was fabulous since we don’t like to waste much time eating out with a big group. We rented 2 condos here which was awesome. I wish I had know the beach was this close I would have brought my 84 year old mother. The short walk to the beach was amazing. The condo is newly remodeled and very clean as well. Love the showers. Also the water pressure is awesome as well.
We made the best out of the week as you can tell and had a wonderful time with our grandkids.

The home was amazing. We came here for Spring Break. It was nice to sit on the balacony with a cup of coffee and just listen to the ocean. There are several attractions that are close. Our kids enjoyed fishing from the beach. There is a pizza place right across the street and they are amazing. Cant wait to come back

Pros first: Great location, quiet and near lots of restaurants and stores. Ample parking. View from the balcony was amazing. Kitchen well stocked for cooking any meal. Lots of plates and glassware. Nancy was easy to communicate with.
Cons: Bathrooms are very small- little space to put toiletries. Some of the bed linens and towels were old, while others were new. We did not use many of the pillows on the beds, as they needed to be replaced.

I felt like an owner and not a guest with all codes for access to room, pool, and exercise room!! I did not need to contact owner during stay because everything was just as listed and there was an on location contact if needed, but was not needed!
The view was amazing… I felt like I could walk out of the back master bedroom window right onto the beach…it is that close!!! And we have been traveling to this area yearly for 30 years and have stayed most everywhere… but we will definitely return here. Location, view, accessibility, cleanliness, affordability!! Thank you for sharing your family home!!

I spent a week at Tropical Winds 801 and it was like home for me. I was hosting a retreat for 20 women and this was homebase for me and my staff.
I loved getting up each morning and having coffee on the deck.
The walks on the beach are beautiful and awe-inspiring.
communication was quick and so thoughtful. And the condo is well equipped. This is a GREAT deal -- book it now!

The previous guests had left the condo a huge mess, and there was a mixup on our arrival date. The owner was extremely cooperative and flexible. She offered several alternatives, and by noon of the second day all was well.
We love the Tropical Winds, having stayed there 20+ times. This unit is wonderful. The owners love their property, and it shows. The beach was smaller than we have ever seen it, but the city has started a huge program to restore it.

The tub in the 2nd bath did not drain well. The refrigerator and stove both need to be replaced. The unit was great except fir the items above. Our stay was 18 days and we paid for a premium unit and it was wonderful except for the frudge

The property had a great view was quiet there were a few minor problems with shower door that didn’t close hot water in middle bathroom was shut off but easily turn on but over all was nice

If you’re looking for a lot of noise and partying this is not the place for you. But my family of seven with 3 small children loved it

The condo was very roomy & nice. We were disappointed with the beach somewhat, as there was terrible erosion to the point you could not have canopies, only umbrellas. This would have been nice to know, as we had to leave, go to Walmart & buy large umbrellas (to help with shade for toddlers). We were also under the impression beach chair rentals were available, but a bit expensive, if you didn’t want to bring your own. We however never found any rentals at this complex so we again had to go buy 2 chairs. There were only 3 carts for the entire condo building guests to share between when needing to check in/out. Overall we had a great time. These are just some things to be aware of if you are coming anytime soon 😊

We absolutely loved the location and the two master suites! The balcony was our favorite morning and evening spot; it provided lots of space and fabulous views. Being on the top floor meant no footsteps above us, and the balcony was so private! We couldn’t see anyone else around us. I definitely recommend this condo! We were so close to our favorite restaurants and to Walmart. Nancy was very nice and easy to reach. We will definitely be back!

Small complex. Not a ton of people. No waits for elevator. Everyone was really nice that we encountered from the property. There were a couple of busy bodies from the complex to the left. We didn't have an umbrella. But they were telling folks theirs were too tall. Said something to us about digging in the sand (wasn't even deep) But. We just moved on down to the right and didn't let it faze us. Great location!! We were on the top floor and on the corner. Views were amazing!! We saw dolphins almost every day. So many!! Spent all day on the beach or at the pool. Cooked or ate out on evenings. Super easy to get to everything we needed or wanted to do.
There were a couple of small issues. One with condensation in the fridge which the owner said she will look into. And a couple of eyes didn't work on the stove. I totally forgot to tell her. I also wonder if maybe we should have tried adjusting them. The kitchen was small but well stocked. No more than 2 cooks at a time.
Beds were comfortable and spacious. Some recent remodeling had been done and it looked really nice.
Overall wonderful experience and would stay again. Thank you Nancy.

Overall we had a great stay, the vetting process and all the rules and do’s and don’ts at first was a little overwhelming, but we managed. Had a problem with one of the burners on the stove not working I texted the owner and she told me to fiddle with it to make it work, but the maintenance guy was there to fix the sprayer on the sink so I asked him to look at it, he got it to where it would turn on but it never actually got hot. I wasn’t comfortable with trying to get it to work as I was afraid I was going to cause damage so we just didn’t use it. Some of the utensils could be updated as some were very old and worn, we had to go buy a potato peeler as the one provided was not safe to use as it was very old and very dull. The blankets provided were very thin and too small for the beds so we had to layer them. On the positive, all of the furniture was in very good shape the condo was very well maintained the location and the view were amazing! We had plenty of room both in the condo and on the balcony. The pool was great the whole property was very clean and well maintained the beach was beautiful very easy to access. Love that they have a hose provided to wash off the sand. We had a wonderful stay all around and made lots of memories!

The property fit our needs as far as size. Loved having a bathroom per bedroom. My complaint is that it needs a fresh coat of paint and updating. Also the cleaning people could do a lot better job. Lots of dust and dirt under the furniture and beds.

Excellent, central location very close to any activity you could ask for! Unlike a lot of other buildings with a really long walk to the beach, this is just a few steps, making it super convenient to go back and forth from the unit. Large bedrooms and closets with very comfortable beds. We would love to come back!

Everything went as planned ALL Amenities we're in GREAT working order & the Host (Nancy) was a pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this Condo rental to anyone wanting a NICE quiet getaway. If I can rent this unit again I certainly will 👍
