We have rented many condos over the years in Kihei. This was by far the nicest. The proximity to the beach views and amenities can’t be beat. The beach which is steps from the patio has calm waters and you can walk/swim out about 1/4 mile and still be chest high. The patio is set up for lounging and dining and provides a perfect view of the sunset each night. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals.
All the equipment you need for the beach (towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, carts) are all provided and the pool area is clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Jude did an excellent job taking care of our property and we would recommend using the concierge service for activities.

Awesome Stay!
Our vacation at Aloha Villa #2 was absolutely wonderful. The condo is gorgeous (we LOVED the showers), the location is perfect, and every amenity was available for our stay. We felt at home the moment we arrived. Our host, Jude Augustine, certainly helped with us feeling right at home. He has a charming and warm personality, a great sense of humor, and was always available to answer our questions and give us advice. The condo is close to multiple grocery stores (including one that is a block away), restaurants, and even a walk in clinic close by. Its also perfectly situated to easily get to Kahului, Lahaina, Wailea or Makena. 15-20 min to get to Target, Costco, the airport. 30-40 minutes to surf lessons or a luau in Lahaina. Close to Kamaole, Big Beach or Maluaka beaches. The sunsets were spectacular to watch sitting on the patio or while cooking in the kitchen with the glass doors wide open. There is a grill which we used that is kept very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool (we did too when those trade winds picked up!) and plenty of seating around it. There is an excellent supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie board, etc to use at the beach and lawn games to play at home. If you are there during whale season, you'll have a front row. We watched many whales breach while we had lunch or drinks on the patio. If you like turtles, you are also in luck! they often can be found sleeping along the beach north of the condo. You'll adore staying at Aloha Villa #2. We're already thinking of when we can return.

Villa #2 ground floor. Great accommodations- Everything was very clean and as advertised. Then property manager was available and punctual responding to questions and requests. Great access and everyone was super friendly. Definitely recommend for parties 6 - 8.

Outstanding Location and Property
This is by far the nicest place I have ever stayed. The location in a quiet neighborhood and the view is just spectacular. The property was perfect for the 7 of us. My grandson who is 6 enjoyed the beach, chickens, ocean, etc.

This Villa is in a great location and close to restaurants, super market, bars etc.

Unforgettable location
We were fortunate to spend our holiday in this beautiful location. The villa is literally right on the beach and we enjoyed whale watching from the patio, snorkeling with the turtles and incredible sunsets. A great location and beautiful villa, we would definitely book again!

Maui at its finest!
Location! Location! Location! What more could you ask for from such a gracious owner, Mimi and her partner Robert, who took care of all our needs. The property was safe, impeccable, and well maintained. The gourmet kitchen was a chef's delight and worth the investment to stay. We are already planning our return to Aloha Villas and looking forward to our next spectacular sunset on the lanai with our new friends and family.

Trip of a lifetime in an amazing place
We celebrated our 50th Anniversary last month by bringing our family to Maui and had an unforgettable time. We stayed in Villas #2 and #3 and the space worked out perfectly for our nine family members. We made #2 our ‘headquarters’ , cooking most of our meals in the very well-appointed kitchen and eating out on the lanai which could accommodate up to 12.
The location in Kihei couldn’t be better: right on the beach,gorgeous sunsets every evening, sunrise over Haleakala behind us in the morning. Plus walking distance to several restaurants (recommend Nalu’s in particular) and a supermarket. The private heated salt-water pool offered a shaded area to relax in the warm afternoons.
The villas are roomy, nicely decorated and the beds were perfect.
Robert, the property manager, met us at check-in and gave us a good orientation to operating the locks, shades etc. We had a problem with a door at some point and he was able to repair it on the spot.
I would absolutely recommend this beautiful property and hope we can return in the future!

Beautiful property with beautiful views.
There were 17 of us in three of the condo's. Each condo was furnished lovely and well stocked with essentials including soaps, clothes, dish washing and body soap. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silver ware everything you would need to live. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and entertaining areas. Mimi and Robert were delightful and were very accommodating to our very needs. The views were amazing. I would stay at Aloha Villas again.

With in walking distance of of lots of shopping. Great beach for kid and the pool was great for night swimming for our 5 grandchildren age 2-7.

Excellent Location and Support
Taking three eight month olds on vacation has a high chance of going very sideways. However, with the help of Mimi and the excellent accommodations, we had a truly perfect holiday. The unit is set up perfectly to accommodate two families, and when it came to a fully equipped kitchen, this one exceeded all expectations. Walking out on to the lawn to enjoy the ocean each morning was the perfect start to each day and the beach was lovely for the babies. We had a wonderful time

Awesome Villa and host! Right on nice uncrowded sandy beach with shops conveniently close by.
This place has it all....only 30 min from airport and great beachfront view/access. When you've had too much beach.. head to the shaded pool! Extras provided including beach chairs, sand toys, paper goods, large beach towels, beach umbrella, comfy beds snd rollaways. We were thrilled with beautiful sunsets and plenty of cooking options for our Thanksgiving dinner. It is public access between the villa and beach but that was never inconvenient for us. Mimi was so easy to work with and quickly answered all questions. This is so much better than a resort with extra fees and crowds. Don't miss this Maui Perfect Vacation Villa!

The villas are fantastic. The location being right on the water was great, and 1 block from the grocery store was very convenient. Our villa had all the amenities and everything we needed. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back. Great place. Excellent location. Beautiful sunsets.

Absolutely stunning!
We rented Villas #1 and #2 from October 13 - 18 for our daughters wedding. What a spectacular venue! The pictures are exactly what the place looks like and the view is even better. The units had everything we could ever need from kitchen items to pool towels, sand chairs, pool toys, etc. Oh, and we were able to just walk out the front of unit #1 and we were right on the sandy beach. Robert was waiting for us when we got there and walked us through both units so we were able to just unpack and relax. Mimi even stopped by the day before the wedding to say hi. I would highly recommend any of the villas!!!

Impressive! Great place to stay!
We stayed in Villa #2 for a week and a half, and it was great where we could just walk right onto the beach from the back patio. Impressive place! Beautifully decorated (with a wall of doors that bring the outside in) and the view is amazing! Loved seeing the turtles on the sand at night.
My husband and I brought our 3 adult children and their girlfriends. The place has an well-stocked gourmet kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and baths, spacious family room, gas BBQs, salt water pool in the back and really provided enough room for all of us. I also appreciated that there were full size washer and dryer. Outside patio tables are also great for morning coffee and watching the sunsets.
We really enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping, snorkeling and great restaurants. Very relaxing. Thank you Mimi!

Great place, fun location - Highly recommended!
My family and I rented all four villas for almost a week and we absolutely loved it. Mimi is extremely responsive and accommodating to our ever-changing schedules. She’s great to work with and truly cared about us and our needs. The units themselves are luxurious and warm, we immediately felt like we were home. Anything we needed, the units had already. During our stay one of the AC units broke and she had someone fixing it within a few hours. The location of the villas was great as well, right next to a grocery store and multiple options for meals anytime of day/night. I highly recommend checking out Nalu’s as well. Thank you Mimi...we’re looking forward to staying at Aloha Villas again soon!

Absolutely Perfect Vacation
Staying at the Aloha Villas was the PERFECT vacation spot for my family and I! My brother and his family stayed in unit #1 and more relatives in unit #3 . I am visiting from Colorado and I absolutely fell in LOVE with the place. I enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen with the beach front view and then eating dinner on the lanai that accommodated us all during the gorgeous Maui sunsets. My kids loved the spacious wide lawn to run around on and the access to the beach and then swimming in the pool whenever they wanted to. My bedroom also had a beach front view and opened right up to the lanai. The master bathroom was very luxurious and I enjoyed soaking in the large bathtub every night!! The entire villa is so spacious and my kids loved having their own space. There's a grocery store right around the corner which made it very convenient. I didn't want to leave. I would come back again and again! Thank you Mimi for this wonderful place where lots of beautiful and fantastic memories were made!!

Excellent location and amenities - A wonderful vista
The property is well maintained and has all the amenities, it is located close to downtown Kihei and its many excellent restaurants and bars. We had a full house, but plenty of room. We highly recommend this property (Unit 2) for larger groups.

Absolutely Paradise
Spectacular beachfront villa that was so luxurious with so many amenities that we did not expect (like the multi-jet showers in all bathrooms, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, the luxury sheets, and the upscale designer decor). The doors and floor to ceiling windows that run through the living room, dining room and bedroom open right onto the beach with a beautiful patio and dining area set up right outside. Mimi and Robert are just the most wonderful owners and hosts going out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect for us. The villas are also walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars (and of course Uber was available to take us wherever we wanted and knew where Aloha Villas was located). It was a magical place that really does transport you to your dream beach vacation.
