The only thing about this that was in any way not great was the dining room table. It's super uncomfortable. The table on the lanai was great but couldn't be used in the rain. The view was spectacular, the location perfect. There were a few issues but the management team responded quickly. There is some mold in the living room at the base of the windows in the living room but that was not an issue for us.

Very nice three bedroom condominium on a very quiet beach. If you are looking for a busy resort beach area with walking paths to multiple restaurants, boat and kayak rentals in front of your place, parasailing… This isn't the place for you. If you're looking for a quiet beach with a gentle surf, sunsets and sea turtles you've come to the right place.
Easy walking distance to several nice restaurants and a grocery store. Very easy driving distance to most attractions.
Jude was attentive and responsive to text messages. The condo itself was spotlessly clean and very professionally run with a well-stocked kitchen for utensils and a pool area with multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, yard games etc. There are coolers for you to use on the beach. If you want a small cooler, however bring your own as these are a little large.
Would not hesitate to return again - had a wonderful time!

Perfect Home from Home and Base for our Wedding Party
We couldn’t ask for more! Located steps away from the beach we enjoyed walks at sunrise and sunset. It was a perfect haven for our wedding group with a gorgeous pool and lots of outdoor spaces to relax. These beautiful well equipped villas are modern and full of natural light - a fantastic base from which to enjoy the island. We were very happy with our choice and Jude personally checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Love Aloha Villas!
Really nice property for families to stay together. Those with really young kids should be aware that there is no gate around the pool once you’re inside the property and the stairs inside the units are difficult to navigate for toddlers. Otherwise, such a nice beach and easy access to groceries and coffee.

Great Place to stay
Pros, Enjoyed this house very much. Right on the beach, close to stores and restaurants. The big patio doors were very nice, pool was right out of front door, very private area and loved that they had beach chairs and umbrella. Would rent again. Cons, Public access off patio was busy until late at night. The door lock was hard to work.

True Hawaiian Getaway
Our Family of 5 stayed in unit 3 of Aloha Villas and it surpassed all expectations. It is a high end condo with an excellent view and location. Several factors make it definite winner. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are all very conveniently provided. Management is over the top helpful and aims to get things right. Everything was in working order... the sliding window wall facing the Beach was the best! The locks and door hardware are industrial grade and take some getting use to but all work just as they should. Finally, with management's permission, one could fit sleep 8 without any problem. The kitchen was workable for a "real" cook but the larger pans, bowels, baking/broiling pans were somewhat deficient. I have stayed at Makena surf several times and overall I would pick this condo again over a 3 bedroom there. The beach is not crowded and has shallow water without a significant surf break. If you want body surfing or other surf activities, you will have to go down the road to makena Beach. Plan to return to Aloha Villas soon.

Perfect vacation!
We were in Villa #3. Really great details made this a wonderful stay! Kitchen was outfitted with all possible appliances and gadgets, beach chairs and umbrellas were so appreciated, the pool was wonderful. Jude was responsive to our needs and even provided a Monopoly game when I told him that the boys liked that game. Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent property
Communication was immediate, the unit was very clean and the overall property was beautiful! Cannot beat waking up to an ocean view. Great little beach for walking or shelling. Multiple units makes this place great for large families or groups that want to stay next to each other. Will definitely book again!

Perfect location
We loved this spot the pool in the front and the beach in the back was so fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed & more! Lots of beach chairs, coolers, toys etc. stunning views! Will stay here again!

Great location, views and hospitality.
This was a seamless rental. The property manager was very responsive and outgoing to make us aware of amenities and how to use things there. This property was centrally located in Kihei with easy walking to grocery stores, restaraunts and shops. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Spectacular vacation!
Our week at Aloha Villas was great. The accommodations for cooking, eating, lounging, sleeping, and playing were great. There were 15 of us who had the use of 2 of the villas. The lovely beach in front gave us fabulous sunsets every evening. We were located close to shopping and other conveniences we needed. We had a blast snorkeling, sightseeing, walking the beach and just visiting. The pool was a welcome relief after hiking and seeing the sites during the day. Thank you for supplying the pool toys and the beach towels. They made our packing easier. Having 2 master bedrooms in each unit was great. The kitchens were well stocked with the necessary appliances and there were spices and condiments available in the units. The ample gated parking was great, and it was easy to get wherever we wanted to go. Jude, the new owner, was so very helpful. He responded quickly to any text messages and phone calls. An awesome host. It was a peaceful and relaxing week.

Wonderful place! We will be back!
The condo was beautiful, stylish and location was wonderful! The owners were so nice! We traveled with our parents ages 75-80. The only issue was the stairs made it challenging with them. Beach access was perfect. We could see the sunset from the patio. We wanted unit 1 or 2 but is was already booked so we decided to take unit 3 and I am so glad we did. We will be back with our kids!

Lovely Oceanfront Villas!
The condos we rented were well appointed. It was great to have 3 1/2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in each unit we rented. It was also nice to have laundry facilities in the units. They provided towels and beach towels for our use. We had access to beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. That was so appreciated!
It was great to be so close to the beach and have easy access. The pool was nice, not huge, but very pleasant. The chairs by the pool were kind of a cool design as well.
Mimi and Robert were very responsive to our every need. They quickly replaced any kitchen items that were missing or malfunctioning.
The beds were comfortable. We loved the big showers in the master bedrooms. The property and villas were very clean.
We brought six of our seven kids and their spouses. They were all very impressed with the property and had a great time. We had one couple that slept in a family room on a rollaway bed. It was adequate, if not ideal. But that couple was late in committing to come on the trip, and didn’t stay as long as the other couples. It was the best we could do for them. They didn’t complain.
We would definitely rent this property again!

Fantastic beach front location, private pool and great family friendly accommodations!
Mimi and Robert were fantastic hosts and we felt right at home. The units are private, spacious, clean and have all the comforts of home. The location is unbeatable- beach front, steps away from great restaurants and activities. It was the perfect choice for our family vacation. We will definitely be back!

Luxurious accommodations, good view, great host!
We really enjoyed staying in Villa #3 with our family. We were only there for 4 short nights that flew by, but everything that we could have thought of was provided. Directions on how to access the property were clear and sent in advance. Loved the Weber grill by the pool we used to grill some Prime steaks and lamb chops. This house has central A/C which is rare to find, we were comfortably cool the whole time. Special thanks to Mimi for being a great host!

Fantastic property, great location!
Our family - 4 adults and 2 children- had the most wonderful time at the Aloha Villas. The units are all beautiful and each one has a view of the ocean. The beach - just steps away- is incredible. At 7:30’pm you can even catch the turtles coming onto the beach. A very special treat. There is a lovely salt water pool shared with the 3 other units - but it felt like our own. Mimi was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect- 5 min drive to town- and there is a little supermarket just around the corner from the villas. I would highly recommend the aloha villas for your next trip to Maui and I would definitely stay here again.

Sweet As Can Be
Visiting from overseas we really wanted to get the feeling of Hawaii. There is no better way than to be in this 5 Star Luxury Oceanfront accommodations.
The location is the best anywhere on Maui, the sunsets and the beach right outside your door is incredibly beautiful.
All of the amenities you would expect and a few extras. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bedding is perfect for peaceful dreaming as you listen to the waves breaking outside your window.
Overall a PERFECT 10 !

Amazing!
We loved staying in condo 3! Had a great time! We had 5 adults and 3 children (7)(5)(2). Mimi was always available and helped out with whatever we needed. We loved the pool and it was great being steps away from the ocean. The house had everything we needed. Beach chairs, pool toys, lots of beach towels and anything else you wanted. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing location and property - can't wait to come back!
Well appointed unit (#3). We vacationed with four adults and two twelve year old boys - there is plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable and the ocean was just steps away. Mimi spends money on high end appliances and has plenty of toys and beach chairs for all! The beach is very private and location is unbeatable. Our unit also had a great view of the heated pool so the boys could be in it at anytime. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

A very special place for a very special trip!
We took a trip of a lifetime to Maui and got lucky enough to get in touch Mimi and got to stay in Aloha Villa #3...It could not have been any more perfect for 3 adult couples, all with their own rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room and wonderful accommodations. Direct beach access which you can walk for miles in either direction. It was a very short drive to Big Beach, our favorite beach. 1 block to the grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Aloha Villa is a great place to you and your family to get to spend quality time together, all in one place, under one roof. It was a very special Christmas for us to have our kids there. Worth every penny to have everyone together. Very private and away from all the hotel noise, but close to the stuff you want to do as a family. This is the place to stay, with out a doubt!!!

Fantastic!
We were 3 adults and 2 kids. The house was very very nice, spacious, well maintained, great views. We loved being so close to the beach with 2 little ones. Wonderful outdoor area with pool, outdoor shower, BBQ. It was stress free, as a vacation in Hawaii should be! We were extremely pleased with our stay.

Great place, fun location - Highly recommended!
My family and I rented all four villas for almost a week and we absolutely loved it. Mimi is extremely responsive and accommodating to our ever-changing schedules. She’s great to work with and truly cared about us and our needs. The units themselves are luxurious and warm, we immediately felt like we were home. Anything we needed, the units had already. During our stay one of the AC units broke and she had someone fixing it within a few hours. The location of the villas was great as well, right next to a grocery store and multiple options for meals anytime of day/night. I highly recommend checking out Nalu’s as well. Thank you Mimi...we’re looking forward to staying at Aloha Villas again soon!

Beautiful townhouse, nice decor and furnishings
Perfect location with supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops nearby. The swimming pool was kept clean during our stay and the beach is so close. We stayed in townhouse #3, large enough for 5 adults and one child. Mimi was wonderful in instructions on checking and very accommodating to our needs. I'm staying here again on my next visit to Maui.

Luxury in paradise!
Superb! Everything was well thought out. The location, breathtaking views, furniture, decor, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. It was everything we expected. Our villa was very spacious and cozy. Plenty of space for my family of five. My children enjoyed their daily dip into the private saltwater pool as I lounged poolside to relax and soak up the Hawaiian sun. There is also a storage chest full of pool toys and beach amenities. Our evenings were spent walking on the sand to watch the Maui sunset. You are literally steps away from the beach! Mahalo Mimi for this amazing experience!

A hidden gem!
Aloha Villas is the perfect luxury retreat! A beautiful estate right on the ocean equipped with everything you need to make it your home away from home. The amenities are top notch with high-end appliances, upscale furniture, fine details and decor throughout the villa. Our family of five stayed in villa #3 which has an upstairs/downstairs layout that provided a more private and spacious atmosphere for us. The tall windows along the curved staircase allowed us to easily keep an eye on the older kids as they played in the saltwater pool. In the evenings we enjoyed the sunset on the lawn fronting the estate, then followed by dinner on the "lanai". We loved that we could open up the glass sliding doors to enjoy the outside breeze, the view of palm trees, and the sound of the ocean as we lounged and relaxed. It was truly an amazing stay for our family!!

I wish I had a lot more space to rave about our stay in Aloha Villas (we stayed in Villa #1) by Mimi Hu. You will not find a more beautiful setting..this is staying in someone's private home. Every amenity is there, from high end cooktop to full body showers, black out curtains and folding glass panels so the entire place can be open to the beach. Beds are comfy, all linens are exquisite. Private saltwater pool for the villas . Every cooking accessory you need, all high end kitchen appliances, fridge, washer, dryer, etc...Beautifully appointed furniture and decor. Mimi provides every amenity for beach going, from chairs to boogie boards. Pool toys galore. This is close to everything!!! Stay in Kihei, it is central to everything you want to do on the island. Safe neighborhood, we walked to grocery store, restaurants, gelato cafe. Honestly it's like having your own private beach. easy walking both ways, good water, especially in the morning, the longboards are out at 6am and very fun to watch. Mimi met us there and gave us the tour...showed us how to operate the grill outside and a few features of the villa, gave us a warm Aloha. Would not hesitate to stay here again, I hope I get the chance! Mahalo Mimi and Robert !

Absolutely Paradise
Spectacular beachfront villa that was so luxurious with so many amenities that we did not expect (like the multi-jet showers in all bathrooms, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, the luxury sheets, and the upscale designer decor). We loved the views from the balcony upstairs, and the small private outdoor patio area with direct private beach access downstairs. Mimi and Robert are just the most wonderful owners and hosts going out of their way to make sure everything was just perfect for us. The villas are also walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars (and of course Uber was available to take us wherever we wanted and knew where Aloha Villas was located). It was a magical place that really does transport you to your dream beach vacation.

Great place to stay!
We stayed in Unit 3 with 3 generations. The layout of the unit was great with 2 floors and a livingroom and patio/deck on both floors. Nice to have a washer/dryer and all the accommodations we needed! The beach was never crowded and there are miles to walk and swim. The pool was a hit with our family as well. There are plenty of places to walk to if you need groceries or a restaurant. Wonderful sunsets and we even saw turtles on the beach. The owner was very accommodating and we appreciated the special touches in the unit.

Beautiful place, right on the beach!
This is our second time here and we love it. It's right on the beach and is at walking distance to the little towns shops and stores. Really nice place. We'll definitely be back again!
