Condo was very spacious and accommodated our family of 5 adults and 2 kids well. The views from the balcony are second to none, the sunrises were spectacular. Access to the beach was easy. The amenities at the property were excellent. Even though the outdoor pools were not yet open after the hurricane damage (close to re-opening), the indoor pool and hot tub met our needs. The kitchen was well established with lots of dishes and pots and pans. The air fryer was a pleasant surprise. Jeff, the vacasa property manager, was easy to work with and was very responsive to address minor things we needed. We also appreciated the underground parking spot. The only suggestion i have is to update the living room furniture, it has been well used and shows wear and tear. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and i would stay here again. Thank you.

Loved our vacation here with plenty of room. The deck was like being in the ocean at high tide. The underground parking and ease of getting everything to the condo was appreciated.
Did not know till actually booked that the outside pool wasn’t open and beach access not available.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This place had 2 outdoor pools, and indoor pool, game room, lots of parking and the unit itself has 3 FULL BATHS. Great for wonderful family vacations!

Fantastic Condo but Poor check in
Check in was horrible because of construction on the parking deck which was the only place the code worked. A resident had to let us in and take us to our room since the only way in was a fab or key (not accessible until in the room). We were never provided with keys to access the garage and beach ramp (we had a handicap wheelchair). Also the cable box remote did not work so we were unable to use the television. But the place was immaculate.

Felt like home
From the moment we walked into this condo, it felt like home. It was so comfortable. Super clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The whole facility was beautiful and inviting. Huge shoutout to Maria. (I think she may be the property manager at the St. Maarten.). She was so sweet and nice. She answered all of our questions!! Will definitely try to stay in this unit again!!

Beautiful unit but needs work.
We just got back yesterday and we’re very disappointed with the property managers attention when we asked for help. Our code didn’t work for the building and we didn’t have a master key so we had to park in the garage and just let my Mother in the front every time she went somewhere since there was only one garage parking space. The chairs were falling apart. We used our coolers when they broke. We loved the view and space but things really need attention before someone else comes to stay there. Billiards room and pools were amazing.

Messy arrival
When we walked in the door the condo was a nasty mess. From what I understand it was a missed clean. We were refunded the cleaning fee which in my opinion was not enough due to the fact we basically lost our first day due to driving around and waiting for the cleaning crew to arrive and do a very sub par job. My wife and I spent the night and into the morning re-cleaning.
Seeing jelly, cheese, coffee and bread all over the floors and counters did something visually to hinder us.
We were pretty disappointed to say the least.

Breathtaking view!
This home is beautiful the view is breathtaking we enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by in the morning and the Pelicans flying by day and night! Would rent again! Only problem no cleaning supplies or mop to wash kitchen floor but that is minor we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to stay again next year!

Fabulous Condo and View
ThIs room is spaciously equipped with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and an amazing ocean front view. The outside furniture is better than what is in the picture and extremely comfortable to sit on the balcony, enjoy the breeze and relax with the sounds of the ocean. They had a plethora of towels, bed sheets and blankets for our stay. The front office staff were accommodating and always helpful. The condo was in great condition and we would definitely stay here again.

Summer vacation
The unit was very nice. Maintenance problems created a head headache. One of the shower heads with broken off, two of the bathrooms exhaust fans did not work, dryer broke down with a few days left. Was supposed to receive a credit. Never received.

Sunshine and Beach
The nicest place we have stayed thus far. The unit was fabulous. The St. Maarten has two hot tubs and three pools that were all heated. Great staff that were extremely helpful.

Top Notch Property Management
Vacasa is a very customer focused company that provided excellent service from the reservation, welcome, during and end of stay process. When we arrived we received an amazing welcome text and when we had a minor issue with the condo our easy to reach person, Karina, rectified it right away. Kariena was very attentative yet non-intrusive. I will look for Vacasa properties next time we rent.

Great condo--needs work
Condo fit our needs. However, many details in this unit need to be taken care of. Two deck chairs fell apart. Luckily no one was hurt when they hit the concrete. Garbage disposal did not work.
No light bulbs. I was asked to receive some new furniture and had to call to get it unboxed, etc, etc, etc. Maybe minor stuff, but not what you would expect for a vacation property.
