It was just a lovely stay. The staff were super helpful - there were a couple staff who spoke English, and we used Google translate a lot. It was literally steps away from the main square which is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant menu was in Spanish and English which was super helpful. It's a little pricier than other hotels in town, but so worth it. The view from the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking.

Our Uber got lost getting there because it's right near several pedestrian streets, but thats not the hotels fault. Just something to be aware of.

The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It’s also at the center of the city so everything is pretty close. The staff was so kind and attentive. The food at the restaurant located inside the hotel was delicious and it has an amazing view of La Peña.

There was only one thing I didn’t like about the hotel and it’s the noise that comes from the bar/restaurant that’s on the top floor. It was so bad that we asked to switch rooms to the bottom level and they were so kind to accommodate us.

The wi-fi was unreachable from the room, we need to go outside the room to have signal

The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. One waiter was especially nice and explained the history of Bernal to us. AMAZING music and singer that made us fall in love with this hotel. We stayed at a different hotel the first night, and after coming here we regretted not staying both nights in the same place. The food was excellent, the location was amazing and our experience there even better. I couldn't recommend it more!

A little incident in the elevator, which stopped every time someone would enter. I got stuck inside for 20 minutes. The rooms look a bit old and could use some change in the sheets to look more modern. The closest parking we could is reaaally far away (not because of the distance but because we had to walk up for about 15min under the sun!)
