Great place in a nice area.

Nice apartment and it’s pretty clean. The facilities, however, are a little bit rundown overall pretty good deal. Although I’m oh my gosh he’s morons. I don’t want it I ordered chicken are you kidding me

First and foremost, this host is on it. Extremely timely in responses when we checked in with a few questions we had. One of the best to ever work with and Thank You. Location is perfect and the place was clean and well kept. i would stay here again without hesitation.

SUPER CLEAN! The condo was modern and a close walk to the beach. The listing was accurate. The beds were comfortable. And all the beach gear made the days on the beach nice.

Apt came with everything we needed. All stores are located minutes away. Parking/valet, beach, and pool are all easily accessible. Beach equipment available in the apt. Laundry easily accessible on the same floor. Great experience.

We flew in and out of the Fort Lauderdale airport. The drive to the condo from there was only 15 or 20 minutes. Hollywood Beach is a very family friendly area. The beach had lots of seaweed, but it didn't bother us because we didn't have little kiddos who wanted to play near the surf. There are lots of places to walk to for dinner. We would recommend the walking food tour of downtown Hollywood. We were introduced to restaurants and food we would have never tried otherwise. Grocery stores nearby too. We loved to sit on the balcony at night. There are views of both the ocean and the canal. The condo was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only thing that I would recommend to the manager of the property is to supply more bath towels and washcloths. There was only one per person and half way through our stay we had to throw in a load of laundry. Other than that, I would recommend this property to everybody!

Nice, had a problem with air conditioning but was resolved. People at front desk can be rude at times

We were 6 adults and even if there is only 2 rooms, the room with 2 queen beds is spacious! We had a wonderful vacation!

This property is conveniently located directly on the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. The unit is very clean, comfortable, & well equipped. It even included extras like shampoo/conditioner, condiments, beach equipment, etc. Check in was something of a nightmare, but once we were in, the rest was smooth sailing.

Very clean, spacious condo for 2 couples staying. We enjoyed the pool but not enough lounge chairs provided. Was very close walk to the beach & valet was always very quick & professional! Would suggest as a great stay in the area!

Property was as shown. It is a short walk to the beach!! It is super quiet. We enjoyed sitting on patio and walking to the beach each morning for sunrise!

Property was as listed. Not a fan of the valet parking but understand the purpose. Staff was helpful with things to do. Ocean & beach unfortunately was full of seaweed. Not the fault of condo owners but a huge let down as that’s where we intended to spend the majority of our time. We got one nice day at the beach out of 9 that seaweed wasn’t too thick to swim. Pool area was decent but crowded due to beach conditions. Condo had plenty of beach items & cooler for use. TV’s in bedrooms require personal Nexflix/HULU/Amazon accounts for use. Bathrooms were large and plenty of towels for use. We enjoyed a Marlins game, concert at Pompano Beach, River boat ride, Brightline train to West Palm Beach, amazing restaurants and more!

We just think the pool area could use more lounge chairs!

Very spacious, clean condo. Great location.

The apartment itself is well taken care of and updated. The location was perfect for what we were looking for- just beach and pool. However, there is not much within close walking distance. There is a Walmart about 10 minute walk and about 20-25 minute walk to the edge of the Hollywood beach boardwalk and restaurants which we did a couple of days. A small coffee shop across the street. You will either need a car or Uber. Th beach itself was breezy- and lots of families- the condos on either side have set aside places, but we were fine with the beach. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is good. If you are looking for more things to do than beach and pool, definitely have a car. Would recommend and stay here again.

Thank you for the hospitality- everything was just as we had hoped. The checkin instructions were clear and easy to follow- the apartment had everything we could need for the week...appreciated the beach chairs, volleyball, and umbrella! Weather was good- and the recommendation for the Aventura Mall was excellent!! Thank you so much !

The owner was very nice and helpful. The condo was furnished nicely but needs a deep cleaning to get rid of places showing accumulating dirt. The pool has sun until approximately 1pm and the beach is Very narrow and slopes toward the water. The owner provides beach chairs and an umbrella. There is a great ocean view from the balcony. We didn’t like having to do laundry down the hall in coin operated machines.

Spent 8 nights in the property. Great location, clean and plenty of things to do. Hope to spend more time in the property in the near future. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation property!

Property was clean, roomie and accurate to the pictures on the sight. The location was very central. The beach was close to the property however was small and crowded at times so we decide to go closer ti the board walk where the beach is wider and more spacious . On a whole it was a great experience and I recommend this property

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The condo was one of the nicest ones we have rented in the Hollywood Beach area. It was exactly as it was described in the listing and in the pictures. Kirill was fantastic with communication. We will definitely rent this condo again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo had more than everything we needed. We used all the beach chairs and sand toys. One day it rained all day, so we ended up just going to the Ventura mall that day! We had great beach weather 3 of the 6 days we stayed. Pool was refreshing when it got hot outside. Enjoyed the exercise room. Key FOB access to everything worked great! Valet parking was an awesome feature also. Didn't mind paying extra for that. Used the water taxi to go to Ft. Lauderdale beach area one day. That was a cool boat ride through Port Everglades. Highly recommend Billy's Stone Crab and GG's in Hollywood for dinner. We ate at Giorgio's Bakery and Bistro a couple times for breakfast. Margaritaville was a great place to eat also. Boardwalk in Hollywood is a great place to visit. We used the Circuit app for cheap rides all over Hollywood so we didn't have to pay for parking all the time. Overall we really had a great time.

We had a great stay at this lovely condo. It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The owners are very responsive and even checked in to see how we were doing. We would definitely come back again!

Everything was great. A little bit of communication issues with the owner as far as giving check in information and me having to ask for it VS it being provided even on the day of arrival. Other than that everything was great.

We loved our time here. We would rent again!
