Good location and amenities

Difficult to get key as it was unclear that we had to unlock the gate from the outside to access the lockbox by the door.

Very spacious house, good for family stay.

Almost all faucet in bathroom is broken. The water press also very slow. Can be improve by host.

As we are travelled in group with 2 cars, the use of lockbox to keep door key is very convenience for us if we come back at different time.

It's better if microwave oven is provided for us to heat the fast foods.

we travel in a big groups. 9paxs of us. the rooms were enough for us to stay. the bed is comfortable and all facilities is great. location is fantastic,is near the mall and kuah jetty. we will book again when we come to langkawi. this is the best stay we had. thanks to the owner for the best hospitality

Clean and neat

Master room was stuffy and the location is a bit far

The home is comfortable for 8 adults, 4 kids and 2 infants. It is spacious enough for kids to play around. It is completed with fridge, coway water filter, water heater in bathroom, iron and the most useful for us is washer+dryer. There are also detergent, tissue, shampoo, body wash...neat and tidy for us. The location is in Kuah and the housing area is quite. I may repeat staying at this home if I travel to Langkawi again in big group. For the price I pay, it is great.

Location very good, nearby got a lot restaurants, 7-11 & duty free shop. House & room very big, comfort, clean. View also very nice.

Air dryer spoiled, unable to use. TV Box got problem, it will keep auto disconnect from wifi and need to keep restart the tv box, difficult to watch Netflix at night. And the toilet in ground floor bedroom, drainage got issue.

House is decently furnished and location is good.

Can have 1 more piece of furniture for putting things like clothes etc. Toilet should have toilet roll holders. Had a few incidents like leaking washing machine, toilet bowel can't flash, TV Box doesn't work, Game Stick doesn't work. Zervin and team responded fast and had the washing machine changed the next day (although delivery was delayed), plumber came in like 20 minutes to have the button changed for the toilet bowl. Jingyu came by in less than 30 mins to try fix the TV Box but had to go back to get a new TV Box to replace it. She also drop off the new Game Stick the next day. Fastest was collection of money as we were on a later flight and requested for a later check out. On the whole we had a good trip and the parents were happy with their accommodations and the kids had lots of fun with the TV 🎮
