Modern decor and appliances. Great location, you can walk to all the historic sites, shopping , restaurants, and museums. Safe and secure apartment building with a doorman/woman. We had a complaint and they responded the same day to resolve.

The couch wasn’t too comfortable but it was also a sofa bed and they never are.

Good value for money

They ask for a deposit after the payment is made. Why can’t they inform you with the house rules that a deposit has to be made before the non refundable payment?

The location of the property was excellent

There were some minor issues with plumbing. While it’s advertised so it isn’t misleading, a Queen or King size bed would be much better.

Excellent room, large, clean, modern looking. The location is fantastic, right across the street from Alameda Park and having a doorman makes you feel safe.

A few minor repairs are needed to keep the place up to the high quality that it has.
