Our family of five had an enjoyable stay. The house accommodated us well and each child had their own bed. I did not realize the house was about a 25 minute drive to the high rise, where many of the tourist shops and restaurants are but that was okay for us. The beach access from the house was maybe a 10 minute walk and beach towels, chairs, toys and wagon was provided. This beach is more private, less people and had calmer water. The outdoor shower made washing the sand off very easy. Later in the day we drove to the high rise area, ate dinner and walked around town. Kids really enjoyed the waves there but it can be difficult to find parking and carry everything. We were thankful for the washer & dryer available at the house as our family had been road tripping the east coast for several weeks so having clean clothes was refreshing. We placed a DoorDash dinner order one evening and driver had no problems. (Restaurants are limited in this neighborhood.) We had a lovely time at Virginia Beach and this house made our trip even more great. Lynn was very easy to work with and was very responsive to our questions and needs.

The short walk to the Bay was really nice. We will be back. Great place for our family. The kids loved the bunkbeds and all the games and movies. Perfect way for morning entertainment while the adults enjoyed sleeping in a bit! Thank you,

The house was clean and comfortable, it was such a close walk to the beach, and we had a very pleasant stay! It was perfect for my family of 3 but easily could have accommodated 6 guests. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful townhouse. Had everything we needed, close to stores, downtown Norfolk, the base if your visiting military family and only 2 blocks to the beach. We look forward to staying there again!

Everything was great and was just as posted. The neighborhood was very nice and beach access was very accessible with a very short walk. The owner was very prompt on day of check in and very responsive.

The house is great and very true to the pictures. Our family with 2 young children stayed here and it was a perfect amount of space for us. It is a short walk to the bay, which is just for young kids due to the calm water, and an easy drive to restaurants, the boardwalk, etc. The house is well kept and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

This home was perfect for our needs - it is spacious and a quick walk to the beach. It is a very nice area of Va Beach, close to good restaurants and parks for kids.

It was our second time staying here and it was just as nice as the first time. We had to find a different beach acess due to the beach being worked on but it wasn't too much more of a walk. We love that the beach isn't crowded and the house is close to a grocery store and restaurants.

This duplex sits in a tidy neighborhood two blocks from an easy access beach entrance. There are terrific extra details, like games and movies for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked for easy cooking. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

There were lots of little trails on side streets that were fun for the kids to explore and great for running. The kids loved the toys and books, and it was nice to be able to eat breakfast on the back deck. The neighbors were quiet - we never heard noise through the wall. We also really appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

This is a great house to stay in with children. I have two kids (4 and 9) and they loved the bunk beds, toys in the drawers, and the movies upstairs. My husband and I loved how almost everything is provided for you. The bedrooms are large and everything is updated beautifully. The walk to the beach was short and the beach itself was not crowded (we did stay in the middle of the week). The house is close to everything you could want or need. We hope to return next year!

Its a comfortable little house with a nice deck and fenced back yard. Would stay here again except we now have a dog and they unfortunatley don't allow pets. The 7-11 is walking distance as is a beautiful nature preserve.

With small children this was perfect as the bay front has minimal waves so they can actually swim. This was a perfect house for a family beach vacation. It's a very short walk to a nice beach, and the house is thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed - we especially appreciated the beach chairs & wagon, and the kids adored the bunk bed and toys. The house is comfortable and clean but with a minimum of the kind of knickknacks that get kids into trouble, and there is a fenced-in back yard. We highly recommend it!
