We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and plan to return this year! Very clean and cosy room, small but excellent playground for 3 year old boy in the yard, very valuable breakfast. Stuff was also kind, polite and all the time helpful! :-)

Location is good

Unfortunately the owner told is he gives "the worst" rooms to the reservations made via Booking.com. This was very upsetting for us and we won't come back here. We had rooms with windows facing the street even though the hotel was not full during our stay. Breakfast was quite poor. There is no air condition in the rooms and it is hard to air them.

We really loved staying at haus 56, the facilities were very clean and had everything we needed. A great place to stay for families with children.

Amazing stay. Very nice hotel, with great personnel. Nice, new, clean ! Breakfast was great but the to of all was the large backyard with several benches and tables to hang out or relax after meals. There were things for kids available such as sand place, trampoline, toys etc. You can also store your bikes into an open or closed shed.

If you get a room turned towards the main street it can be quite noisy when you keep the window open. Nothing else.

Fantastic host, very helpful and relaxed. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations, with fresh fruit, bread and the usual meats, cheeses etc. Very modern room, not seen often in Austria from my experience. Huge lovely garden to relax in or eat breakfast in, and really good kids play area in the back.

Shower was not very powerful but did the job just fine anyway.

It would be better to have the rooms equipped with air condition

The bed was so fluffy and comfortable! Best bed Ive ever slept in! The staff was very nice and also the breakfast was awesome.

Nothing really to mention - just the rooms were a tiny bit noisy from the aisles..

Nice backyard with trees, plants, benches and shelter to store the bicycles, great for children, tasty breakfast.

No restaurant/bar in the hotel, but not a huge problem, there is plenty around.

breakfast was good but I can not tell it was excellent very simple and the variety was limited to some basic things like egg, bread, butter, and so on.

I did not like there was no refrigerator in every room and we had to down stare every time needed something. About WC it had a bad smell especially during the night when it did not use. I expected when arrive there took a shower but just a small soup was there no shampoo or other things are available in other properties. You have to buy all staff for the bathroom and toilet by your self it is very annoying that a hotel charges you as five starts one and gives you very basic facilities. I can't get the point that what is their policy at least costing and maximum benefit? Is it customer-friendly? Why everything is very simple but fee is not?
