Ubicado a pasos de la playa Waiohuli - El secreto mejor guardado de Maui. fantásticas vistas al mar, puestas de sol espectaculares y una gran playa de arena para esos magníficos paseos! Venga a explorar este complejo tropical que se encuentra en una zona residencial. Desde la gran terraza privada, hay unas vistas completas al océano, donde las ballenas y delfines se divierten. Ver hermosas amaneceres sobre Mt. Haleakala mientras están disfrutando de su café de Hawai y acaba de recoger los mangos de los árboles dentro del complejo. Este condominio bien equipado es amplio y abierto, así que se siente más como una casa con dos niveles. Tendrá todas las comodidades del hogar con un 2 recámaras completamente equipadas, 2 baños completos e incluso una lavadora y secadora. Brilla y muestra muy bien y tiene todas las comodidades que se pueden buscar. Para llegar a la playa que está cerca de nosotros, es cuestión de abandonar el condominio y caminar por una calle residencial ¡y usted está allí!

Very good stay. Property was neat, clean, with several extras. Washer and dryer were a blessing. Glad to have full size fridge and oven and microwave. Beach toys and accessories available were wondeful. Great place!

Even to the smallest detail Melanie had this condo family ready! There was very little out of pocket "living expenses" to make this a week worth of living ready. The pictures did no justice! It was the perfect oasis for our days of adventure! It was driving distance to everything...if adventurous island living is what you are there for...or if you just want a quiet stay at the beach with all the amenities, then this is all you need.
I wish I could say enough, but I can't. The pool, the mango trees, the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom. Laundry room, patio...the guidebooks were even marked! Even with our family of six packed in it was worth it! We would stay here over and over if it is possible!

The unit was very clean and well appointed!
Our visit was in late March, so the weather was nice enough that we didn't need to run the A/C. The beds and pull out were all quite comfortable. The lanai was great to hang out and the mirror allowed you see the beach while inside the unit.
The location was fantastic ... easy walk to so many things! A block away from coffee, grocery store and a strip mall with lots of shops & places to eat. Our favorite was Nalu's which had delicious food and the best Mai Tai's. The beach was also half a block away and very quick to enjoy the sunrise/sunset.
Communication with Melanie was detailed and prompt!

Property was clean, well stocked, and in a central area of the island which allowed for convenient sightseeing. Loved the proximity to the beach. Grocery store only a block away and many restaurants close by. Would not hesitate staying in this location again.

Pics don’t do the condo justice. Roomy and very well supplied kitchen. Minutes from a great beach and you can watch the sunset from the lanai.

Lovely Condon as advertised just steps from the beach. You can see the water from the lanai.
Nearby shops and restaurants which was great as we did not have a car. Lots of young families with kids. If wanting quiet time by water I would suggest the beach. Condo was well equipped with beach amenities as well as the kitchen with cookery and dishes.
Overall a great spot.

Melanie's Kihei apartment exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, and ideally located. The beach, perfect for families, was steps away. The community was welcoming, the kitchen almost a chef's delight. We highly recommend it! 5 stars!

We had the best experience at Melanie’s place. It was close to a bunch of restaurants we wanted to try, and one block from Akamai’s coffee that we loved, and just off the best kept secret beach. The beach behind the condo is really one of the best I’ve been to - calm water, shallow enough to walk out into the water for a bit, usually quiet and not full of tourists, and the best place to watch sunset every night. The condo is very well kept and Melanie was so quick in answering all my questions before the trip.

We enjoyed every day we spent at this Condo. The layout,location and space was just perfect for our adult family vacation. This is without a doubt one of the most well equipped vacation homes we have stayed at. Loved the care and attention to details like all the labeling of drawers and shelves where things went.The owners were promptly and pleasantly responsive to every question we had in our communications with them . Everything was clean and just as advertised on VRBO. Would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone, and we would look forward to returning here some day . We really enjoyed the condo and location in Kihei. It was very clean, had a washer and dryer which worked great as we only pack carry on bags to prevent hassles with luggage. The kitchen worked out really well, we made our own breakfasts and lunches. My mother in law came along and the condo was well layed out for her, the pool and the beach was super close and easy to access. We had a great time watching sunsets at the beach, snorkeling with turtles and fish at makena landing, going to the aqauarium and so on. Great place to stay and access the island. I recommend staying here as it had all the amenities. Mahalo!

This condo is perfect for a Maui vacation. Lots to eat in walking distance. Steps away from the beach with all beach equipment needed. Owner has excellent communication & you can’t find anything better for the value. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo is clean and has an easy access. It is close to the beach, you can even see the sea from the balcony. The owner is very responsive. The condo has a lot of beach accessories: beach chairs, sun umbrella, sand toys, etc. There is a lot of dishes that makes it easy to cook. There is 3 coolers to use for the beach with ice pack as well. There is a nice pool with a common kitchen and BBQ to share with others. We loved our stay. I highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful stay.! The condo was perfectly located across a small street to the beach. You can see both the beach and Haleakala from the deck. The condo was clean and stocked with basic necessities as well as beach chairs, towels, and toys. Great location in Kihei with walking distance to a grocery store, and restaurants. This condo is just a block from a great beach. Lots of good restaurants are walking distance (Miso Phat has excellent sushi) and it is a short drive to other beaches and towns like Wailea. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It was a great stay.

We had an awesome stay at this condo. The condo itself, the complex and the location were all amazing. Beach literally across the street, grocery store and restaurants within a block, felt safe in the area, everyone around the complex and in the area very friendly, walked a few blocks to rent a car for a few days and convenient pickup location for shuttle drivers and tour companies.
The condo is very modern and welcoming and has everything you could possibly need including supplies for the beach and day trips.
The owner was great to deal with and very organized making the booking, checking in and checking out processes very easy.
I would highly recommend booking this property.

This condo was in a great location within walking distance to the beach and stores. We had a wonderful time and even saw a large turtle sunning himself as well as numerous whales.

We had a great two weeks in Kihei, the second week with our son's girlfriend included. We did local activities every day and finished most evenings watching the sunset on the beach a few steps away from the condo. It was wonderful.

This property was perfect for our visit to Maui. Kitchen is stocked very well. Plenty of towels for both bathrooms. Comfortable beds (2 queen and one fold out couch). 1 block to the sandy beach where we saw whales and plenty of cool fish. Couple blocks from groceries, restaurants and shopping. The loft was the best part of the condo. And I cannot begin to explain the appreciation for the beach gear. Beach towels, pool noodles, beach chairs, coolers and more. Thank you!

We much prefer escaping the hustle bustle of expensive resort life of Ka'anapali now that Kihei Garden Estates is our new-found gem. We can't wait to return!

I loved the location of the property. It was right by the beach. The place was very well maintained, and had all the basic supplies one might need when staying with family.
We loved having the kitchen as we were travelling with parents and needed home cooked meals every now and then.
Although we were only a party of 3, it was worth the money as we got the second bedroom and bathroom.
