There were too many issues with the house that we were not informed of. We had to contact the host 3 different days into our stay for different cleanliness issues that were not satisfactory. We were charged a hefty cleaning fee and did not have a good experience with the overall safety and comfortability of our stay. The location was perfect, the set up of the house is beautiful, but the amount of issues we had with the functions of the household, and on top of that a very poor job keeping it clean, I would find a different place to stay next time.

The location is near a lot of attractions and the beach. But you do have a view of a busy road/commercial retail buildings from the property. Loved the easy beach access. Home is spacious, modern, and pretty. Wasn't as clean as it should be. Communication with management is nonexistent. They will answer you just to go through the motions but don't actually solve any of your problems during your stay.

The house was not clean when we first checked in, dust and crumbs everywhere, a clogged toilet, ants in the kitchen cabinets and just an overall run down look of everything. We called the first day and had to have the cleaning crew come back out but it still wasn't great as we continued to notice things. we overlooked and cleaned ourselves so we would be more comfortable. The beds were awful in the entire house, in fact the bed in the master, the king bed had a noticeable hump in the middle of the bed as the sides were worn from use. Then on our second to last day the kitchen sink clogged and the garbage disposal stopped working. We called maintenance and the first person that came smoked a few cigarettes in the driveway before coming in and basically looking at the clog and saying he couldn't fix it and would need to call someone else to come in. After not hearing from anyone for a while and concern over how we were going to be able to properly check out, I reached out again to maintenance...they let me know they weren't notified so they would put in the order for a 3rd party vendor to come fix it. they said they would be out that day, but again no one showed. Later that evening on our last night, we had no working kitchen sink, a dishwasher full of dirty dishes that we were afraid to run because of the clogged sink. Then by 9;00 in the evening, water started leaking out of the bottom of the dishwasher. again a call to the emergency line and nothing. We have yet to receive a call back on the issues. The condition of the house was extremely disappointing for the amount of money we paid to rent it and the service from Resort Realty was quite disappointing. There is no way I would stay at this property again or any property managed under Resort Realty. Hope you can get things cleaned up as I agree with the previous person's note, COVID cleaning protocols are definitely not being followed.

It was a very nice house. Definitely not for older adults. Way too many stairs 3 flights!!! We enjoyed our vacation. It was one of my husband last wishes. To take the family on a vacation.

Great house. Close to beach. Plenty of room for everyone. It was nice for everyone to have their own bathrooms.

The house is beautiful and located about a 5 minute walk from a beach access. It had a few items for the toddlers which was nice but it is not a child friendly house for young ones (2yrs old). There are a lot of stairs and the toddlers slept on the second floor and we could hear every creak from the 3rd floor. We feel there could have been better seating for when everyone was just hanging out (due to 4 days of rain).

Only 2 things I can complain about. The house has a bad ant problem. Called maintenance and they claimed the came and sprayed. Ant situation never got better if anything worse. The bushes in the front of the house have tons of poison ivy and I got it on my leg
