View was amazing!

Needs a deep clean, very dusty, rugs/carpets were nasty. Cabinet fronts were gross. Porches were very dirty. Bottom floor had a bad smell. Dishwasher doesn't work correctly. Kitchen needs dish rags more spoons and forks, better coffee pot, broom/dust pan. Hot tub had a bad mildew smell and a gross brown film!

The house is great, and the location, the view, the space. All great. Loved the decks!

The house was clean. There were a few things that could have been cleaner. Under beds had bottles and candy wrappers from the previous customers. The upstairs jacuzzi tub wasn't working...found that out after filling it up and breaking a 7 years Olds heart, lol. But all is good. There was a really bad storm Friday night and the roof needs to be repaired above the back deck. Many of the pool table sticks were broken too. Again not a big deal just being picky.

Loved the outdoor jacuzzi and screened in porch overlooking the beautiful mountains. Other than the critters scrambling on the roof, it was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were large and comfortable.

The pots and pans were in poor shape. Asked for large new Teflon pan received a medium pan. The indoor grill in kitchen is broken. The driveway was too steep and was afraid to park in front of house. So we parked up the hill and walked down the steep hill to get into house. The key code did not work and placing a phone call just put us on extended hold. Found an open side door and texted the problem and received a new code.
