Nothing as such. Even if I stretch my imagination, I can't tell what I liked.

1. We were given the wrong suit when we arrived. We have to prove that it's not the same suit that we booked. The ones present there said that it will be sorted the next morning. 2. The alternative suit that we stayed in, was actually filthy. The covers were not changed and they were smelly. The pillows clearly were in use by someone. When confronted, the staff was arrogant and didn't admit it, so we had to make them smell those things. Horrible. 3. We were shifted to the proper room the next morning but the difference was not adjusted in the bill when asked. They denied everything and simply were unable to understand the logic. They did mention that their 'system' was to blame for this. 4. Hot water was not available for two days. 5. No room service. Reason - that it's the off season. 6. We chose the suit because it was mentioned that there was a balcony. But the balcony was used as a garbage pit not cleaned for atleast last many years.

The location is very prime with direct view of the fort and is at a walking distance. The beds were also good in the dormitory

There is only a single washroom for the 2 dormitories there (18 people) so you have to wait so much for it to be free to use. Also it is not cleaned on daily basis which is a big concern

Breakfast was not included in our stay. Tea and coffee were available upon request. They were okay and reasonably priced The staff were amiable, helpful, and understanding. They allowed us to wait even after check out time till our auto came The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable and the rooftop offers a good view of the Jaisalmer fort

There is a major problem with hot water supply. I checked it with few other guests who also had similar opinion. The hot water practically is available from 9:50 AM for 30-40 mins in my opinion. The hot water supply was not fixed despite repeated requests. I guess recurrent powercut is an issue but still I feel hot water supply needs to be ensured especially in winter Some foods are heavily overpriced for eg bread omelet is available just 500 meters away at 60 rs but the restaurant in the Wonbin safari demands 120 rs for the same.

Staff is amazing. They gave us the best safari tour. They catered to all special requests and made it unique. Even though it may be a little more expensive than other tours, book it here at this hostel you will not be disappointed! You will have your private tour in your own self-determined group and will not be involved in a tourist rip-off! Simply top! Thanks for the unforgettable time ! The hostel itself... There are certainly better equipped but beds were comfortable, roof top and restaurant very good, only the bathroom situation can be improved. By the many sand not always clean and only one bathroom for 25 beds. However, the staff were again top, as they let us go shower in private rooms.

The hotel location was really great. It's near the Jaisalmer Fort and the view was awesome. The food was also very good. Staff were available whenever required..

Really good hosts and the boys who helped around Hira Lal, Popat and Naseer were so friendly and kind taking care of all the things... And the desert open safari organized by brother Alladin was something every traveller who comes here should experience... Also the cafe they have is one of the best in the city with amazing views of the fort probably one of the best.. Staff is really friendly and very helpful to tell u about more info about the city and the places to visit... These guys are really experienced and can handle tourists really well.. Best place to be in Jaisalmer.. Wonbin Safari is the best

Some amenities were lacking, the toilet was not cleaned and the toilet paper was piled up and the floor was not cleaned .1 Charge Outlet For 2Beds i can't close My Window
