Excellent location - well stocked apartment.

There was a notice left in the apartment intended to warn against guests having parties, etc. but the English was harsh and unwelcoming. I suggested to the property that they have a native English speaker review the choice of wording so as not to come across so rudely.

We liked that the location was super good and everything in the apartment was clean and nice.

Great location with a short walk to all destinations of the city. Clean and easy access. Great view from our apartment (502) and well equipped with what we needed for our weekend stay. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries and very accommodating as we got a later checkout on our last day.

Some tiles in the shower need replacing and/or an overhaul. Same with the plastic on the bottom of the shower doors as they look kinda nasty and made a lot of noise when opening and closing the shower doors. The windows had sunscreen shields on the outside that was obstructing some of the view and where a bit tricky to move, but Im guessing it will get pretty hot in the apartment during summer with the sun so they are probably a godsend on those sunny days.

Really good view from the windows, close to the center (only 5min by walk), close to the train that comes from the airport (3min by walk). The automatic check in and check out of the room.

Some work was done in the building so we were up at 7.30am by the noise

Great location, budget place so you know what you're getting. Cheap and cheerful. Owner was very accommodating and arranged an early check in for us which was much appreciated. Was useful to have cooking facilities so we didn't always have to eat out.

Little bit soulless in terms of decoration and the bathroom wasn't very clean (not unhygienic though). This was maybe because we asked for an early check in and they may have had to rush the cleaning.

No instruction booklets for appliances Minimalistic - to the extreme. No bedding alternative to the doona which we both found too warm. This resulted in poor sleep every night. A blanket of suitable weight would have made our stay so much more enjoyable. The note regarding the holding of parties was less than welcoming. Although we had no intention of partying, being in our 70’s, the note was very abrupt and unpleasant to read on arrival. Rewording in a less aggressive manner will still get the message across. The picture of the double glass doors is misleading - they are not as wide. Also, there are no balconies off the three glass doors that open to the outside of the building. I found this quite disconcerting as the apartment is on the 6th floor! (The doors are locked and there is a metal grid, to hip height, on each door, for safety.) Please supply more than one tea towel. I booked an apartment so that I could cook my meals each day. For hygiene reasons, more than one tea towel was needed as we stayed five nights. Although I have grumbled a lot, we both enjoyed staying here and with minor changes our stay would have been more comfortable.

Blankets and ,pillows shall be washed and cleaned not only covered by sheets. I got itchy skins and had to rob my body until bleeding.

Location was amazing, walking distance to everything in the centre of town, including most tourist attractions and public transport. Apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. Owner was really responsive and the self check-in was super simple.

Room was a bit smaller than we expected, and views completely different than photos. The main view was not great, with the apartment overlooking some quite messy and dirty balconies of other apartments. Expected a bit more for the high cost we paid.

I did not get the view over bergen like the picture above. And I did not get the sofa. If I knew that, it would have been fair. I would have taken a cheaper option. I feel tricked and stupid.

Great location close to station and wharf area. Good coffee nearby.

A little difficult to find the street and had to find a place to park car to unload bags.

Thanks a lot to the apartment owners. Easy check in, check out has been kindly extended by an hour. The apartments are clean and equipped with everything you need. Great location - 5 minutes walk to the train station, 7 minutes to the historical center. Strongly recommend!)

This apartment is within walking distance from Bergen Central station. It takes only 7min walk dragging our heavy suitcase. The instruction to find the place is clear and I was sent the code to enter the building and apartment on the day of arrival. The apartment is very clean and comes complete with all the necessities including kettle, toaster and iron which some other apartments elsewhere in Norway do not provide. The apartment is a penthouse on the 6th floor of the building accessible using a lift which fits 4 people with all our suitcases. We have a nice view of Bergen including the fountain and top of Floibanen. The balcony is huge and comes complete with outside table and chair. One can happily sit on a nice sunny day. The kitchen is big with sizeable dining table and comes complete for us to enjoy cooking whilst some watching Netflix on a flat screen tv. Good Wifi and don't forget to add the dot at the end of the password. The bathroom is squeaky clean and comes with hot water shower which also houses working washing machine and tumble drier. The two bedrooms are relatively small but very clean with comfortable beds. Both rooms have doors leading to the large balcony. Walking leisurely I will to city centre takes only 10 min. We had a lovely time in Bergen even though the weather was cloudy but warm enough in July. We strongly recommend this apartment and the large coop supermarket is only 2 min walk away.

Great location and easy to check in as they just sent me the door codes. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of Bergen. We loved our stay here, it was a great value for the price.
