Приятный семейный отель. Уютный, чистый номер. Хорошие террасы для отдыха, особенно наверху с видом на море и горы. Чистый, комфортный, достаточно большой термальный бассейн. Вежливый, отзывчивый, доброжелательный персонал. Остановка автобусов у отеля, очень удобно для посещения разных мест на острове.

Наличие чайника хотя бы одного для асех было бы очень кстати для отдыхающих которые предпочитают просыпаться рано, задолго до начала завтрака. Что бы иметь возможность приготовить утренний кофе самостоятельно

This is a wonderful family owned hotel. The father, his wife, and now their son Franz are just exceptional. Very genuine and caring people who could just not do enough to make our stay as wonderful as possible. There is a thermal pool. The hotel is set a little up the hill, with about a 10 minute walk down into town or buses if one prefers. Buses come back up pretty regularly. There is no lift if that is a problem for anyone and the rooms are spread out in all directions and at different levels. Highly recommended

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Früchten, Joghurt, Cornetti, Procuitto, Ei leckeres Brot und Kuchen. Am Eingang rechts ist eine kleine Bar, die auch als Empfang genutzt wird. Das familiär geführte Hotel hat einen Termalpool den wir jeden Tag genutzt haben. Wir haben auch 3 x zu Abend gegessen was für uns sehr lecker und ausreichend war.(Primi, Secondo und Dolce) Die Lage ist für uns perfekt.(10 Min. zu Fuß zur Stadt) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely Mediterranean terrace and gardens, with stunning views of the mountains. Also there is a great thermal swimming pool. The Staff are very friendly and hospitable - they were always considerate and helpful with information for visiting tourist sites. They allowed me a late checkout which was really nice. The cosy room had a TV and private bathroom. The hotel location is very peaceful and is about 10 minute walk from central Casamicciola on a slightly steep hill on the way to the hotel. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel. In central Casamicciola there are a couple of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, more bus stops and the port for the ferry to Naples. Overall, I had a great time and this was excellent value for the price.

il bagno non era pulito anche dopo abbiamo chiesto di purirlo. C'era un odore sempre presente di urina, che indica che non era mai abbastanza pulito intorno al gabinetto. Però tutto il resto era molto, molto buono. Il servizio, il personale, gli allogi e la piscina!

Great host! Thermal-water-pool. Quiet place. The hotel was a bit old and tired but clean and offered a lot of privacy with balconies and terreces

Absolutely fabulous accommodation. Less than 10 minutes to the seafront, and a bus stop right in front of the entrance with bus service running till very late. Very well organised, clean, and most importantly, with owners who really care about the quality of service they provide and make you feel at home from the very first minute. DO NOT miss the hot bath if you didn't intend to use it! Without question I would go again in the future, especially because such people who give their hearts into providing their guests with such an excellent experience, are hard to find these days, and inevitably have earned our hearts as well.

The lack of a small fridge inside the room (there is a communal one, with which we had no problem in terms of space with the rest tenants), but in general in Italy it is very rare to find a room with one. So this comment actually goes to all people in the tourist business across Italy. Guys! Come on...! Summer in the Mediterranean is not easy!!!

Lovely little hotel with a feeling-like-home vibe, excellent breakfast and very nice staff.

The bathroom could use some renovation.

We enjoyed the terrace of our room a lot, breakfast was also nice. There was no AC in our room but thankfully they provided us with a fan and with the windows open, it was cool enough. The location is a slight uphill hike but you can also catch a bus if walking is an issue.

The toilet and shower are adjacent to each other, even though there are shower curtains separating them it still was a little inconvenient. Water pressure for the shower is also not consistent.

Lovely owners and staff. Beautiful hotel with warm salt water pool to relax at and great terrace with lookout and sun beds.

Professional and friendly workers (Franz the best!) and nice location, above the city. The thermal pool was a nice addition! Will definitely go back the nice time I am in Ischia.

The location was great. After arriving at the port of Casamicciola there were a choice of 4 buses to the hotel (which had the bus stop just outside the door!) We were welcomed by Franco who was very hospitable and gave us a cool drink (I think we chose the hottest 3 days of the year) and who then accompanied us to our room which was on the top floor (there are no lifts here) that wasn’t a problem for us. Our room was small (but I had been in contact with the hotel previously and had been offered a bigger room but we had chosen the smaller one as there was air conditioning). It was fine we had everything we needed and the most important for us is the cleanliness, and in fact it was spotless with a balcony with a view to the sea. There is a thermal pool where we spent most of our time around (as the weather really was too hot for us to go out exploring which we had hoped to do) which was great but probably could be renovated a bit. But we liked it just the same. We had breakfast every morning and there was something for everyone, including a selection of homemade cakes and jams (which we both liked ). We had evening dinner on two occasions which we found ok but perhaps could be adapted a little but were well cooked using products from there own land. All in all we found the hotel to have been a good choice - you have to remember it is a 2 star hotel and in so being has everything and more to offer than some hotels with more stars. I booked a room without air conditioning and just a warning, leaving the windows open invites many mosquitos in at night.

The kindest atmosphere, great hosts, hot water pool, good sleep, and beautiful interior. Style and comfort, out of the rush, a very clean place!

Perfect place to stay in such a beautiful place. The staff were really exceptional, friendly, and helpful. Was comfortable and I loved the thermal pool.

Very calm atmosphere, very safe for a solitary female traveller, Theraputic thermal pool. Very attentive staff who easily communicated in several languages. Transfer to and from the port. Plentiful breakfast and authentic Italian dishes if you take full board. Fantastic value.

The place was super clean! The staff, witch was family runned, were super friendly and helpfull, they attended all your needs and you could always ask, they would help you right away. It made your feel very welcome and pleasent to be there. I thought it was great value you got for your money!

There was nothing i didn't like. The only down side there was, was that the town Maggioressa had many places closed, later at night, witch could make go out for dinner a bit difficoult, but there were still places. It can proberly also have to do with that I wasen't there in the high season, maybe its different at other times. But you were always able to have lovley dinner at the hotel.

Basic accommodation but great value for money and comfortable. Good location in Ischia as can walk from Casamicciola port and a bus in front of the hotel goes to Ischia Porto; one of the best restaurants in Ischia is also only 5 minutes away on foot. Enjoyed the thermal pool.

The balcony is shared with another room with only a chair dividing them so maybe felt less secure, but had no issues
