It’s a really pretty hotel in a good location but it’s in desperate need of a renovation/being refurbished. it feels very worn out. They offer Wi-Fi but it is barely working and reception inside our room was terrible.

- Excellent location just a few metres level walk from the port of Casamicciola Terme (Note: There are 3 ports in Ischia!) - Also easy access to minimarket, shops, restaurants (especially Zelluso restaurant 5 mins walk), taxis and bus transport - - Yet amazingly quiet - Beautiful outdoor pool with abundant sunbeds yet surprisingly no one using them when we were there in July - Very good varied breakfast (not just pastries but also eggs, ham, cheeses, meats, fruits, yoghurts, tarts - Very helpful staff everywhere with a special thanks to Pasquale - Fun night each Wednesday in Casamicciola Terme during summer when musicians play in multiple locations along the promenade

We found the bed and pillows were too hard for our liking but we understand this is common in Italy

The location exceeded expectations! Great breakfast! Cleaning was excellent! Small, but nice pool, comfy pool area. Very small, but nice terrace.

We had two single beds and a double bed. The two single beds were not suitable for teenagers 18 year old boys. It was in fact a sleeping couch, suitable for kids. The double bed was large, but very firm. Some nights it was very noisy, I guess it was the neighbors.

Really good location in the town beside the port. Breakfast was tasty (but slightly limited in choice) and was available from 8am-11am! The bed was comfortable and the hotel was lovely and quiet, given how busy the town is.

Pool is a bit away from the hotel and is in the shade from 3pm (in September) if you want to enjoy the sun. The shower was slightly broken in the room, the temperature control was gone and kept jumping from ice cold to hot. We would have appreciated someone telling us about activities we could do in the area or recommending places to go - we had to search ourselves. We weren’t even told about their spa so didn’t use it.

Great location that was easily accessible. Staff were very friendly and very helpful in giving us tips on where to go and how to get there.
