The stuff at the at the check in desk aren’t so friendly

bathroom door could not close, no water in the fridge, no body wash in the shower had to ask, phone did not work even after we requested it to be fixed it still was not

The staff they were soo freindly frim afternoon crew even the morning shift they are sooo lovely n accomodative

We ha to pay for a double bed because we were given two single beds

breakfast was nice.. great location, the room was clean, so was the pool. We loved everything about the hotel friendly staff as well

Staff from booking in on day to the servers staff at the breakfast they were very good and friendly.

The system of the lights with the card was not on, I did not like it.

The towels and the pillow cases were not changed also the shower floors were also not cleaned

Comfortable bed and room

room cleaning staff put her language program playing on TV every where I had it switched off and changed the air con setting for what she wanted when she visited the room. Makes it feel very intrusive whereas good cleaning staff should not be seen.

I didn't have breakfast the location was perfect.

I didn't like one thing that we didn't braai our meat as we brought it we just go back with lot of meat and we didn't have a fridge to put it....cos we didn't know that we won't get fridge or microwave

Very nice hotel for a one or two night stay. The staff and management are exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the bedroom that we were given reeked of stale cigarette smoke. There were a lot of people at the hotel and the space where they had the buffet breakfast was very small. This created a huge problem for everyone when trying to dish up. For example the toaster was in the corner close to the where they were cooking the eggs and people were trying to get to toast their bread with others standing at the toaster in the queue for their eggs. They also only had one staff member doing the eggs which slowed the process down.
