hotel is very old and not well looked after the place was too noise and too crowded.breakfast was terrible

I didn’t like anything about the property

The lift were not working my room was in the 4th floor especially in the morning I arrayed early from Mpumalanga I was told the rooms are not ready of which I did understand ,I was told to come back at 2 pm , okay only came back at 4 my room was still not ready , finnaly I got my key but I couldn’t get to the room the door didn’t want to open head to wait for maintenance The noise outside the hotel at night was too much we couldn’t sleep, aircon was not working The pregnant lady at reception was not nice at all she didn’t even apologise for the fact that my room was not ready at 4pm Breakfast we heard to wait outside to be called , the breakfast is not nice The carpets in the whole hotel are dirty and makes the room to be stuffy Don’t book here you will regret it

breakfast had long, slow moving queues. The rugs look dirty. The elevator was broken and everyone had to take the stairs (sorry for those above the 4th floor, we were out of breath). Bug in tub.

The rooms are clean, enjoyed their breakfast everyday and I loved the fact that they prepared a breakfast package for me and my kids since our departure flight was early. The staff very friendly

The lift got stucked for the whole day and we had to use stairs.

The breakfast was great everyday..I just missed the omellete that we used to be made for you on request.The windows with no burglars gave me a fright on this high GBV era.

Windows to have some burglarish it really gave me creeps.Even kids can be playing and one can fall off.

Nothing, the reception area is always dirty, the rooms the carpet corridors are never clean. The room door locks are broken. Breakfast was worse the table cloths are dirty as If they are never washed. After guests use a table they don't wipe the table for the other guests who still have to eat

Everything. The wifi is slow, you wait for too long before you are given your room keys 3 hours after check in time of 14h00. Dirt everywhere, soot and mold in the bathrooms. The pictures on booking.com are deceiving maybe they were taken a long time ago when the hotel was still properly kept.

The breakfast

Parking was horrible, across the street, Aircon did not work and couldn't switch off. Safety in the area is not great. Toilet smell and cockroaches.

when we came back to the our room was left unlocked i felt it was not safe to leave our staff in that for me safety is a priority thank you.it

It is clean, warm and welcoming. You immediately feel at home.

Our phone was taken from the couches at the reception by one of the guest at the hotel, they where to help us locate the person, and we found the phone. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is just a walk to the beach. The breakfast is superb. The receptionist are friendly.

When we where supposed to check in, the rooms where not ready. I wasn't aware that visiting this place during school holidays is a bad idea, it was packed, we had to wait some time to eat breakfast because it was full. They don't have enough eating areas to accommodate large number of guests for breakfast.

Breakfast was absolutely lovely , variety foods for my family to choose from.

Bathroom : the bathrooms are not very clean and the taps malfunction. Doors : the keys get stuck and unable to open and you get stuck outside your room for few minutes
