Ze konden de drukte niet echt aan met het concert van de toppers. Je zou zeggen daar ben je nu wel een keer op ingesteld na zoveel jaren

plentiful parking, quiet rooms, we had a family room with a separate room to the side which worked well. 15 mins walk to metro stop.

Did not like anything, not stayed in the hotel either.

Hotel manager was terribly rude, never before met anyone like her! Our group of 12 ladies were taking part of the World Gymnaestrada 2023. Arrived at the hotel on Sat evening and reception/manager said that our rooms were cancelled due to not paid in advance. We made reservation on Nov 2022 and have black on white that rooms to be paid on arrival, not in advance. So they cancelled without any information and only thing manager was able to say was "I'm sorry, I have no rooms for you, we are fully booked!" Believe they cancelled due to getting better price when all hotels in the area were full due to World Gymnaestrada and coming Pride week. All other emails from hotel were well received in advance and even after our booked days but not the said cancellation email or change of terms of payment, how convenient! Never, ever book this hotel is our advise.

The good thing on this hotel is that it provides free parking. Connection to the city centre by public transport is fine too.

The main issue was that the hotel was hardly clean. Spots and hair on a pillow, very limited cleaning during our stay (we had to ask for toilet paper and soap). The problems were often solved by the staff, but it required several reminders, we were fed up by this. There is apparently the problem with staff and management there, lady at night reception was usually helpful, but that's all.
