Fabulous bar area and wonderful setting in the park. Beautifully styled hotel.

Our room was very small and tricky to get around for 2 people with the bed pushed up against the wall.

The bad attitude , poor service I have received a welcoming message from the hotel which says that if we sent them our information before arrival , we would have a hassle free check in , I highly appreciated this message and I was very optimistic about my stay , so I sent all information needed such as who is staying in which room and all needed information , I told the hotel in my reply that I would prefer my kids room to be close to mine , what happened was the opposite they did not prepare anything, they said they didn’t know that we have sent the information, they gave us a small room in one floor and 2 others in another floor which could not be reached by elevator , stairs only , when I told the receptionist Sebastian that I sent my request that I need the rooms to be close he said very rudely it’s not for you to demand we decide not you , while I was requesting not demanding ( this could be reviewed from the email sent ), the check in took long time the receptionist was very very rude, he spoiled my day !the room is much below expectations, the pictures posted on their site is far from reality ,towels are worn out ( see picture) , service is far from normal , example a friend left me a small box of chocolate at the concierge or front desk to be delivered to the room ,they didn’t send it up , when we called them they said they were sorry as they just deliver room service only , and added that we have to come down to pick it up! I do not recommend this place at all if you want an enjoyable stay

The room was very cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Modern and clean room and bathroom. Fantastic luggage storage was provided as we arrived very early in the morning and staff were very helpful.

The location was a bit further from public transport as expected, however not too far, only a 5-10 minute walk away.

A fabulous hotel located in a quieter part of the city and on the very edge of a lovely park. Staff welcoming, friendly and happy to assist prior to and throughout our stay. Would recommend!

Being a little picky, our room could have been a little cleaner on arrival - we did find small bits and pieces on the floor of the bathroom and bedroom.

level 3 room had a strong unusual and disagreeable smell in bathroom and glass door didn't stay closed. level 1 room next to something noisy at night (should have complained after first night).

Location was good, bathrooms were nice and modern, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Layout of some of the rooms were a bit awkward and our room passes needed to be reset each day

Excellent hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. Hotel close enough to main areas with tram stops outside and train station 5 minutes walk away. I would definitely recommend.

Pillows were too soft but the bed was great

spacious room with excellent and comfy bed. Silent at night, I couldn't hear any noise from adjacent rooms. Beautiful building next to large park, with marvellous terrace. Friday afteroon the terrace hosts a DJ, great atmosphere. The restaurant is excellent as well by the way.

Breakfast would be even better if it would include eggs made on demand, and a selection of fresh nuts and muesli. There is yoghurt + granola but that's a bit limited for nowadays standards. The 'box' with the orange juice states "fresh orange juice", but it isn't. Fresh orange juice is orange juice that is pressed on the spot (either by a machine or a human). Dutch tend to typically fool around with this (given I am Dutch, I am allowed to say this :))

House keeping could be a better

1. Temo from the reception made our experience just great! without him I was thinking to check out to another hotel. 2. The restaurant at the hotel is just amazing. 3. I like the park next to the hotel.

I wouldn't go there again. I was looking for a unique experience in a boutique hotel. This didn't meet my expectations. Also, the noise from the street at night was too loud. The building is old in a bad way (overused).

many things wrong with the room, very badly designed. Difficult to navigate around the confusing hotel layout. Breakfast too expensive in relation to the mediocre offerings.

The hotel is in a lovely area and on the corner of a fabulous park. The tram and underground are nearby so easy to get around the city. Easy to walk to the botanical gardens and zoo too. The hotel has a hip vibe but is also very relaxed. The staff were friendly. There is a good bar and restaurant with a great outside space overlooking the park. The food was excellent. Our room was a good size, we had a comfy plus room, with a separate seating area and a huge walk-in shower with lovely toiletries. A nice touch is if you skip a service to your room they will plant a tree. We met Bobby the resident cat on our last day as he strolled through the lounge. Lovely.

The room was cleaned to an ok standard but the glass doors I would expect to be wiped clean and used coffee cups to be replaced and the floor to be vacuumed! which I would expect in this standard of hotel! Also our room overlooked the road and with no secondary glazing you could hear the traffic. There was also a soft buzzing sound like a generator so it took a couple of nights to get used to! It’s these details that make the difference. I feel that it’s a great design hotel but they need to consider these details to make it a great hotel to stay in.

Uncomfortable beds, noisy floor, restaurant service messy

Parking was below the hotel and very easy to access and good space. The only problem is the price, 50 euros per 24 hours. Breakfast very well. It is easy to go to downtown walking 20 minutes or by public transportation

the room has a first floor and a second floor. The bed is in the second floor, through some stairs. Necessary to know for people that could have movility restrictions.

There were nails left on the carpet. Plus the bed was too soft.

Friendly staff. Lots of space (in the rooms and other areas). Classy interior, wonderful stairs. Convenient lockers, to store luggage during the day of checkout.

The hotel it self is really nice, the size of room is good and the restaurant was really nice and the food was delicious

The room wasn't like the photo as I booked a deluxe room but it didn't look like it and I feel like it need more decorating
